Summary
Midoriya pushed himself into Todoroki, shutting his eyes tight as he gripped the white fabric of his friend. His hands are stiff, unable to loosen his grip on the other. He hid his head in the other chest, trying to hide from the noises of the people outside. Todoroki took him in his hands softly yet firmly. The speaker outside was obviously causing his friend stress, he needed to be ready for any outburst. The boy with the bi-colored hair knew better than anyone what kind of things could cause a person to overflow.
The voice spoke again loud and aggressively, seemingly getting angrier by the moment.
“What do you mean he needs saving too, that kid could kill us all!”
Izuku tried to stop it, but his eyes began to wet again. His existence here was hurting the people he loved—the mumbles of his friends outside the dimly lit room. Why are they trying to save him when this was all his fault and when he was the reason for the conflict?
Why was he so worried about this, Todoroki wondered making sure to keep his grip tight. He needed to keep his friend as calm as possible. To avoid any unwanted complications.
