Summary
He was in a cave, but he didn’t know that it was called a cave. To him it was just a larger, harder, scratchier egg. There was a hole above him, through which he could see the light of the sun… but he didn’t know what “light” or “sun” were yet, either. Aside from the harsh stone walls, the only other things he could see were… dozens and dozens of strange, squishy sacks. They were the same color as what he had seen in his egg, but it’s hard to make connections like that when you’ve literally just been born.
