PianoLovers: Good afternoon ri- I mean DonutsLovers-san.
DonutsLovers: Good afternoon. You can just call me Rinku.
PianoLovers: Rinku...chan, what a beautiful name. Oh yeah, you can call me Rei.
DonutsLovers: Rei-san, wow your name is really elegant.
PianoLovers: Thank you. By the way, what time should we meet?
DonutsLovers: We'll meet at 4pm at the crepe shop in front of the station.
PianoLovers: Okay, I'll see you later Rinku-chan.
10 minutes before the promised time, Rinku was seen standing not far from the appointment spot. She was wearing a navy blue one piece suit that reached slightly above her heels, accompanied by a jacket in the same color as her outfit.
She was waiting for her partner, whom she had just found on an online dating site.
They feel awkward with each other at first, but overtime they became more comfortable, and soon after, they became a couple.
All this time, they had only communicated through the site, without knowing each other's faces and voices.
It was only today that they decided to meet in person.
This made Rinku even more nervous, she could already imagine how beautiful and elegant her partner was, and how lucky she was to be dating such a woman.
"Ah there she is, Rinku-chaaaaannn," someone shouted her name. When she turned her head, she saw a woman in a bright outfit and knee-length skirt, not to forget the light makeup on her face and black hair tied in a twintail running towards her.
"Rei...san?" Rinku said in a tone of disbelief. All her imaginings of the elegant Rei were instantly shattered. Because what she saw in front of her was none other than a gal.
"Wow, Rinku-chan is really cute, I want to hug her forever," she said while hugging Rinku tightly.
"Re-rei-san, a-air," said Rinku trying to break away from Rei's deadly embrace.
"Ahh, I'm sorry Rinku-chan, you're really cute."
Blushing at Rei's compliment, she turned her face away, trying to hide her flushed face.
"Awww, you don't have to be shy," Rei said as she gently stroked her head.
"Sh-shut up, are we going or not?"
"Of course, let's go," Rei then held out her hand which Rinku accepted. They walked together to their date while holding hands.
Although Rei was not who Rinku thought she was, there was a feeling of comfort that came from just holding her hand.
Warm. She thought.
They visited many places, such as a playground, a cake shop, then a game center, and so on.
Today had been the best day Rinku had ever had, but it was coming to an end.
"Then, I'll see you again Rinku-chan," Rei said before parting ways with Rinku.
However, her steps were halted when a hand tugged on her sleeve. She turned around to find Rinku with a lonely face saying, "Can you keep me company a little longer?"
"Alright if that's what you want Rinku-chan," Rei smiling then guided Rinku to one of the benches to watch the sunset.
Rinku leaned her head against Rei, then let out what she want to say all this time, "You know Rei-san, I was initially surprised to see your appearance like that,"
"What's wrong with my appearance?"
"I originally thought that you were an elegant person, but when I saw you who look like a gal, I thinking of running away,"
"Are you disappointed?"
"At first, yes. But I realized after today's date. That regardless of your appearance, you are the Rei I fell in love with,"
Without another word, they hug each other. And with the sunset as a witness, their love became even deeper.
