   Summary

   When JJ is drugged and assaulted by an Unsub, she calls on Reid for help. Faced with the daunting task of providing emotional comfort, Reid struggles against his hyperrationality, until the two find an unlikely- and extremely healing- solution.

   **WARNING: This fic describes a sexual assault and its aftermath but offers a comforting journey (comfort fics are my specialty these days).**

   My first time writing Criminal Minds. This technically takes place in Season 10 as I felt it fit best there, but can be seen as a slight canon-divergence as Derek Morgan still appears (briefly). Emily Prentiss is mentioned, but does NOT appear. This CAN be read as a stand-alone for any time, but assumes the arc with Reid in Mexico has not yet occurred.
