Summary
As Riki is getting chased by a gang, he runs into Flare, a region of the city Midas, for protection. While he runs inside, he bumps into a Blondie! Because of Riki's hatred for owing people, he asks if he can repay the Tanguran elite. The Blondie pities the Mongrel and allows Riki to repay him. What happens when Riki realizes his repayment was the biggest mistake of his life? Or was it?
(Update: I've dropped this fanfic and tried to remake it in a different way as another work. It takes a bit more of an original approach.
