Summary
My Submission for the Vegebulocracy's Time After Time Event! Warning, this is based partially on the Shakespearean play Cleopatra and Antony and partially on what we know of the real history of those events. That said, this does NOT have a happy ending.
Bulma, is the powerful queen of Egypt. She is on her way back to Alexandria after a stint in Rome. Her lover, Yamcha, is dead, killed by the senate of Rome. Now she has to worry about a new threat, a prince Vegeta who is in charge of Rome's eastern territory. This unlikely pair share a few moments of happiness under the hot desert sun of ancient Egypt, but war is never far from Egypt's borders.
Soon, Frieza is planning to take over Rome's republic and rule as a dictator over the vast empire. Egypt, and her beautiful queen, are just one of the many obstacles standing in his way.
This story is not completely accurate. I've adapted a lot of the history to better fit with the narrative limit that comes out of an apx. 14,000 word story.
