“You know,” he says, and his grin grows as Lucy’s head swivels in his direction, her eyes widening as he slowly peels the grey tank over his stomach, then his chest, until he’s naked except for the sweatpants hanging low on his hips. She licks her lips and lets her eyes trail his body, and Tim preens, his smile growing as she checks him out.
“I know…?” she prompts.
“We could… multitask and save some time if you join me in the shower. After all, when you make detective, we’re going to have to get good at finding time to spend together.”
