Summary
He was radicalised in the city, and now, Eren Yaeger is on death row. After his attack on Marley, a treaty was drafted to see Yaeger put to death and have the Founding Titan die with him. Although losing the founder would be a monumental loss, a compromise was finally struck. With an end goal to rapidly modernise both nations past the need to use Titan abilities in combat, and cease the manipulation of Eldian DNA as a form of biological warfare, the hope is that in a few generations' time, the bloodshed will be history. But it can't happen without Eren's martyrdom.
Knowing this is as close as he'll ever come to liberating Paradis without inciting more mindless violence, Eren decides to go through with his execution. He does, however, have one last request.
