   Summary

   Darkness. There was nothing but darkness surrounding him. He did not see anything else, did not feel anything. There was nothing to hear. He could not sense anything touching his skin. There were no scents and nothing to taste. It was like his senses were playing a trick on him. He could not even remember his own name, who he was, where he was or why he was there. The darkness engulfed him and he let it do so without a fight. There was nothing around him. Only darkness. It was so easy. No fights left to be fought. He was about to succumb.
