"Mmm... I love it when you wear something other than the TVA suit," Loki says as he approaches his lover.
Mobius stood in front of the full-length mirror in their bedroom. He struggled with his turtleneck, wondering if he should roll it up once or twice. He turned his head to Loki and replied, "This isn't the first time you've seen me like this, is it?"
Loki smiled softly and placed his hands on Mobius' shoulders before replying, "Yes, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying it every time."
He wrapped his arms around his lover's waist and kissed him just below the ear. Mobius turned his head a little more to face him, demanding a kiss that Loki gave him without hesitating. Then the god put his hands on the turtleneck of Mobius's sweater and gently rolled it up to fit perfectly around Mobius's neck.
Mobius met his eyes in the mirror and said with a smile, "What would I do without you?"
Loki kissed his hair and replied, "It's a good thing you never have to find out because I'm not going anywhere," then he turned Mobius around in his arms and asked him with a worried look, "But tell me, why are you so concerned about your appearance tonight? I've never seen you spend so much time in front of the mirror."
Mobius replied, "It's the first time I'm going to meet your mother, Queen Frigga, I mean... it's no small thing. So, yes, I want to make a good impression."
Loki laughed and shook his head. "Mobius, I swear, even if you came in a pair of shorts, she wouldn't hold it against you. She knows I love you and that you love me, so of course she loves you already."
Mobius shrugged, "But I'm still kind of nervous."
Loki took Mobius' face in his hands and, bringing his lips to his own, whispered against them, " Let me give you some courage," then he closed the distance between them and pressed his lips to Mobius'. When he lifted his head a few moments later, he was still holding Mobius' face in his hands, and running his thumb over his lover's lips, he said softly, "Believe me, when Mother will see on my face how happy you make me, she will be under the spell, at least as much as I am."
Mobius smiled softly, took Loki's hand and intertwined their fingers before he said with a determined look on his face, "Then let's go. I'm ready."
