Summer in Prague/Evenings in Sion

Summary:

My contributions to the Pentiment Fanwork Exchange. Hope you like the art!

Notes:

I had a lot of fun doing those pieces and actually learned a lot about CSP along the way lmao. They're not as research heavy/historically intricate as I had originally planned because I sadly couldn't and can't fit in researching medieval/modern times history into my study schedule. But I do hope to find the time someday and revisit this to do the prompts more justice.

Chapter 1: Summer in Prague

Summary:

Magdalene and Esther race across Charles Bridge in Prague.

Notes:

Context: I think after moving to Prague Magdalene adopts a more carefree personality, trying to relive some of her childhood. So when Esther shows her the city, Magdalene wants to race across the Charles Bridge.

(Please ignore that the way they're facing doesn't match the path of the bridge, it's Pentiment rules where you just slide to the top of the screen while walking in place.)

Mathieu and Rüdeger spending their last years being domestic and happy together.

Tbh I like the concept more than the execution but I had a lot of fun working on it. I also did not go as much ham on the religious imagery as I usually would, because knowing me the piece would get a lot darker than it needed to be.
