“...Kyojuro? Is that really you?” He called him by name, looked at him with eyes that knew but couldn’t believe, and every inch of his expression was drenched with incredulity.
If Kyojuro didn’t know any better, based on reactions alone, he would say that the man before him was locking eyes with a ghost. "
A demon!Kyojuro AU in which he was accidentally turned into a demon after the events of the Mugen Train arc. Without his memories to guide him, he travels alongside Akaza and discovers some things about himself that make him a rather... unique demon.
Meanwhile, Senjuro, whose life has been ravaged by loss, finds himself in a position where being weak is no longer an option. He must become a demon slayer; no one else can end his brother's cursed life. It has to be him.
