Diluc was the bartender of the Angel's Share today. Venti was drinking his way through the Dawn Winery's dandelion wine when guess who happened to show up? That's right, Kaeya Alberich, or Diluc's adopted brother. He came into the Angel's Share with a piece of paper in his hands, but what could it be? A letter from Master Jean telling Diluc that he should join the Knights once again? No, that can't be it. What could it possibly be? Kaeya directed his voice over to Diluc, "Oh, my brother!-" Diluc interrupted him, "We're not brothers, Kaeya. But what is it?" Kaeya sighs, "Why so cold, Diluc? ...Ah, forget it. I come baring a letter!"
"Oh, really? From who, exactly?"
"Why, from our childhood friend, Thoma! I haven't eve-"
"Give it here."
"So cold as always, Diluc." He hands his brother the letter and Diluc opens it up and reads it.
"Hey everyone!! It's me, your old friend, Thoma! I'm sorry I had to leave on such short notice, especially to you, Diluc. I just wanted to let you know, that I'm alright and I made it to Inazuma safe and sound! Actually, the Kamisatos of the Yashiro Commission found me on a beach and brought me in! They are very kind to me, and I'm so happy to be in the position I am in right now. But anyway. Regarding the Kamisatos... I'm actually dating one of them! His name is Kamisato Ayato-"
Diluc's eyes widened and then went to anger. He yelled over to Charles, "Charles, can you please take over from here? Something came up!" Charles looked over at him and nodded. Kaeya responded, "Hey, hey, now! I didn't even get to read the letter! You should at least let your broth-" Diluc interrupted him for a second time, "I simply don't care. I'm going now." Diluc leaves the Angel's Share in a fit of anger... or was it Jealously?
