Summary
Chilton started connecting sticky tabs to his chest, as if he were at a real doctor’s office getting his vitals taken. He connected one to each of Will’s nipples, and he had to let out a soft whimper at the contact to one of his sensitive spots. Chilton smirked at that, a perverse hunger on his face. “Would you like me to tell you what I’m doing to you?” He connected one to either side of Will’s head.
“No, no, no,” he babbled, head twitching. He didn’t even know which of the doctor’s statements he was responding to.
“Come now, William, I think if you knew what your treatment was, you’d feel better.” He stopped in his restraining to cup Will’s face with one hand. “I’ve been looking at old treatments for delusions and hallucinations, and it’s been said that electroconvulsive therapy can alleviate stress on the mind and banish unwanted thoughts.”

Will Graham is a patient at the Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane, but he's been rather resistant to treatment. Luckily (or unluckily to Will), Dr. Frederick Chilton is no stranger to unorthodox therapy methods, and knows exactly what it will take to open Will up and pacify him.
