Chapter 1: ♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪

Chapter Text

Ochako Uraraka is a normal girl. She’s a hero in training going to UA high. She doesn’t have the best grades in the class, but she also doesn’t have the worst. She gets along with everyone and has a few close friends. She has short brown hair and big brown eyes. Everything about her screams average. Nothing really special.

And there’s nothing special about today either. She went to school, trained for an hour after, and then realized she ran out of her favorite mochi snacks. So she decided to run to the convenience store to grab a pack. On her way she takes a shortcut through an alley. That’s when a girl approaches her from behind.

“Hey,” the girl greets. Ochako spins around, caught off guard.

“Oh! Hello. Can I help you?” Ochako offers her a smile, but the girl doesn’t respond. Instead, she picks up a pipe and bashes it over Ochako’s head.

When Ochako wakes up, she’s tied to a chair in a dimly lit room. Her head is pounding. She immediately starts panicking. As her memories come back to her about the girl in the alley, her panic only increases. She struggles to free herself from the chair but it’s no use. She screams but hears no response. Then she looks across the room and sees the girl who kidnapped her.

“Where am I!? Let me go!!” She yells. The girl pays her no mind. Next to her is a mysterious figure. Ochako can’t quite see their face through the darkness.

“Where’s my money?” The girl asks the figure. The stranger hands her a wad of cash. Then the girl leaves, leaving Ochako alone with the stranger.

“Please don’t hurt me!” Ochako pleads. “Please! There must’ve been a mistake! I didn’t do anything! Please don’t harm me!” Ochako starts to cry. The stranger approaches her. When they step into the light, Ochako sees it’s none other than Himiko Toga! Now Himiko Toga is the opposite of Ochako. And the opposite of normal. She was a villain with a thirst for blood. Upon revealing herself to Ochako, she grins widely.

“Ochako-chan!” She greets, jumping into Ochako’s lap and hugging her tightly. “I’m soooo happy to see you!” Ochako is stunned silent. When Himiko sees the gash on her forehead from when Ochako was kidnapped, she frowns. “Did Ghostie-Chan do that to you? Ugh, I told her to be careful!” Ochako is snapped out of her state of shock. She eyes Himiko carefully.

“Wh-why did you bring me here, Himiko Toga? What exactly do you plan on doing with me??” She asks.

“I brought you here because….” Himiko says. “I want…. To have a sleepover!”

“What.”

“Allow me to explain! Y’see, Tomura-chan gave me a vacation! I have the whole week off and Redestro gave me this mansion to spend it in! Can you believe it? A wholeeeeee mansion all to myself!” She exclaims. “And I thought to myself, ‘hmm, y’know what would make this even better? If Ochako-chan was here!’ So I hired this girl named Ghost to kidnap you! She was sooo cool, but I’m still upset she hit you so hard.” Ochako sits there gaping. This is a lot of information to take in at once, but she’s starting to grasp it.

“S-so… you kidnapped me.. to have a sleepover?!” Ochako asks, trying to figure out what the hell is going on. “You’re not gonna… hurt me?”

“Nope! I won’t lay a finger on you. I’ll let you go at the end of the week,” Himiko promises.

“R-really?” Ochako knows Himiko can’t be trusted, but what does she have to lose at this point?

“Yes really! Now pinkie promise you won’t attack me so I can untie you and clean up that gash on your head.”

“O-okay, I promise…” Ochako says. Himiko smiles before taking out a knife and cutting the ropes off Ochako’s hands and legs swiftly. Then she scoops her up and carries her bridal style. Ochako is caught off guard by Himiko picking her up like that, but doesn’t fight back. Himiko takes her upstairs and Ochako sees how it’s nothing like the scary room she was just in. It’s a grand mansion, classic and shiny. The woodwork is beautiful and everything is intricate and tasteful.

“You like it?” Himiko asks. “This is where we’ll be for the week!” Ochako doesn’t reply, she just stares at the beautiful house in awe. Himiko takes her to a bathroom on the first floor and sits her down on the counter. She takes out a first aid kit and sets it next to Ochako, opening it. Ochako gets a little nervous as Himiko looks her in the eyes. Then, Himiko wipes some of the blood off Ochako’s face, before licking it off her thumb, grinning. Ochako is creeped out but doesn’t say anything.
“Does it still hurt?” Himiko asks as she cleans up the cut.

“N-not really…” Ochako replies.

“Good. The good news is you don’t need stitches,” Himiko tells her. When she finishes cleaning up the cut, she bandages it. “All better!” She kisses over the bandage and giggles. Ochako is caught off guard by Himiko kissing her head like that and her cheeks turn a little pink.

“You’re really not gonna hurt me?…” Ochako asks one more time.

“Nope! I just wanna hang out!” Himiko smiles at her, trying her best to be reassuring. Ochako nods slowly. Himiko smiles wider at her compliance. “So! What do you wanna do? Are you hungry? It is about dinner time,” Himiko says.

“Yeah I could eat..” Ochako replies, still wary.

“Great! I’ll go make dinner!” Himiko picks up Ochako again and carries her out of the bathroom and takes her to the kitchen. She sits her at the kitchen table. “You stay right here, ‘kay?” Himiko goes over to the counter and starts cooking. Ochako watches her as she cooks, still shocked. Himiko Toga, the villain, was cooking dinner for her, and just bandaged her head.

When Himiko finishes cooking, she plates the food and serves Ochako and herself. It’s chicken curry on rice. Ochako blows on the hot meal. It might be poisoned, but why would Himiko do that? Why would Himiko go through the trouble of taking Ochako all the way out here, fool her into thinking she won’t hurt her, and then poison her the first chance she gets. With nothing left to lose, Ochako takes a bite. It’s delicious. She takes another bite, then another. Himiko notices her enjoying the meal and smiles.

“You like it?” Himiko asks. Ochako nods as she eats. When Ochako finishes eating, her confusion has only grown.

“Can I ask you something?” She says. Himiko looks up from her plate.

“Yes?”

“Why are you… Why are you being so nice to me? Why did you choose me to spend your vacation with?…” Ochako asks. Himiko smiles.

“Because I love you,” she says simply. Ochako has nothing to say to that.

Himiko takes her and Ochako’s dish to the sink once they’re done and begins washing them, humming a tune softly.

“Oh, let me help,” Ochako says, getting up from her seat.

“Thanks!” Himiko says. They do the dishes together at the sink, elbows brushing against each other. Himiko hums happily.

The truth is, Ochako is almost a little jealous of Himiko. Himiko is so free. All she really wants is to be herself and she does that. Obviously Ochako doesn’t like it when she hurts other people, but when she’s not, it’s kinda nice that Himiko is so carefree of society’s expectations.

When they finish the dishes, Himiko takes Ochako’s hand in hers.

“Let me show you your room!” She says cheerfully. Then she leads Ochako out of the kitchen and up the stairs. She opens the door to the bedroom and Ochako is in awe of what’s inside.

There’s a huge bed, covered in soft blankets and fluffy pillows. Next to it is a closet that Himiko says is filled with clothes that Ochako can borrow if she wants. And on the other side is a beautiful vanity with toiletries for Ochako to use. Attached to the room is Ochako’s personal bathroom for her to use. Himiko goes and flops onto the bed and Ochako follows, sitting next to her.

“Pretty cool huh?” Himiko asks.

“Yeah..” Ochako replies, still admiring the room.

“Knew you’d like it! I got it ready just for you!” She says happily. “Oh! You’re still in your UA uniform. That can’t be comfortable.” Himiko gets up and takes a hoodie and shorts from the closet, then she gets back on the bed and takes off Ochako’s coat for her, and begins unbuttoning her shirt. Ochako is startled by the move.

“I-I can undress myself! Thank you!” She takes the clothes from Himiko and changes, heart pounding.

“Okie dokie.” Himiko hums as Ochako changes and gets back on the bed. “My room’s down the hall so just knock on the door if you need anything.” Then Himiko slides her hand onto Ochako’s face and leans close. “Unless you want me to sleep in here with you…” She grins. Ochako’s face goes bright red at Himiko’s sudden flirting.

“N-no thanks! I’m okay! Goodnight!” She says. Himiko giggles.

“You’re so cute when you’re nervous. Goodnight Ochako-chan,” she says, before getting off the bed and leaving the room. Ochako sighs and lays on the comfy bed as she tries to get her heart rate down. She isn’t very scared anymore, more sure that Himiko won’t hurt her, but she’s confused with herself. When Himiko touched her and leaned in close, she felt her face get hot. She sighs again and gets under the covers.
She’s a normal girl in a very, very not normal situation. But despite everything, she falls asleep.
