Summary
Tim had always been an odd kid, at least in Bruce’s eyes.
Of course, all his children were ‘odd’ in some way or another, but he didn’t love them any less. Tim is dedicated, he’s intelligent, and he’s extremely observant, but something had always prickled in the back of Bruce’s mind, even if he didn’t always realize it. (Though signs of a past involved with something were there: the attentiveness, the strategy skills, and his pre-existing combat capabilities. Perhaps it was easier to just utilize the skills and to ignore their origins. Easier for Bruce, at least, during the time Tim first became Robin.)===
Or, Tim Drake wasn’t always Tim Drake; he was once Aiden Clark. In a futile attempt to get him away from the phantoms, his parents sent him off to live with some old friends in the familiar city of Gotham.
Despite this, Aiden kept in contact with his friends, who want to visit him. This leads to him finally telling the Waynes about his past identity. He doesn’t mention the phantoms; not like he sees them all that often anymore, so why bring it up?
After all, what’s the worst that could happen?(It will all make sense, I swear)

Summary
Tim didn't even hesitate to push Jason out of the way as the bomb went off. He couldn't let Jason be hurt that way again.
Jason was not happy to wake trapped in the rubble of the abandoned mall they'd been searching. And trapped with Tim? That was a disaster in the making, right? And then he got a look at the kid and all he felt was horror.
They needed to get Tim out fast, but how? The rubble was too unstable, threatening to crush them both completely even as those above tried to reach them. Sometimes help comes from unexpected sources.

“Did you know that carnations are the symbol for remembrance and purity? Ironically, they last for ages if you take proper care of them. That’s what I wanted on my grave. Anything but white lilies. Never liked those. Do you have a favourite?”
Jason contemplated getting up right then. He had things to do. Revenge to commit, not waste time listening to some random kid talking about flowers.
“My grandfather loves forget-me-nots,” he found himself saying.
The kid nodded sagely. He hummed. “Wonder if,” he twisted to read the gravestone, “Jason Peter Todd actually liked carnations? Or was he more of a lily guy? I’d judge him for that. Maybe chrysanthemums? Did his family actually know him well enough to choose the right ones?”
“I think you’re thinking too much about it,” Jason said.
OR
Jason just wanted to visit his grave in peace before enacting his revenge against his replacement. He didn't expect some random kid to give him a lecture about flower symbolism or the existential crisis that followed.
OR
Danny's mission to cleanse Gotham's corrupted ectoplasm comes with its perks.

Peter and Ned looked at each other for a few seconds, trying and failing to come to an agreement in their unannounced staring contest.
Peter took a deep breath, "So what you're saying, is that punching a wall made out of vibranium would get the Avengers to stop throwing parties in my lab?”
Ned solemnly nodded, a not really serious expression on his face, “Think of it this way Peter, you gotta assert dominance!”
A slight grin broke into Peter’s face, already picturing the heroes’ reactions in his head.
“Bet.”
