   Summary

   The GCPD holding cells are familiar with strange and unusual visitors. Poison Ivy. Mad Hatter. Scarecrow. Rarely, the Joker; he was usually hand delivered by the Bat and assorted birds (batlings? Baby bats? Full-grown terrors?) to Arkham. Which is why, for no conceivable reason, on Officer Davis’ third month at the GCPD, fourth graveyard shift in a row, is she expecting to find Nightwing (see: Full-grown terror?) in a GCPD holding cell.
