Summary
Harry is hidden at 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey. Nobody in the Ministry knows he is there. There is an accident, and the Ministry acts to cover it up. For the next nine and a half years, Harry suffers the consequences. Harry finally gets to Hogwarts, but he is not the person they expected. Dumbledore is horrified. Snape doesn't know what to do.
