"Mahaad!" Seto yelled at his fellow Priest.
They were currently in the midst of fighting back against some of Bakura's forces. Shadowed riders and horrible magical beast attacking from all directions.
"What is it Seto?" He called back, before quickly ordering an attack with his Magician
"As one of the Six High Priests does that not give you the power to preform a marriage?" He asked, taking a slash towards an on coming enemy.
Fighting beside him was Kisara, her White Dragon which soared high above in the skies along with the God beast Slifer commanded by the Pharaoh.
Mahaad looked at his friend in bewilderment at the question, quickly dodging another swing taken just a little to near his neck he ran his blade through his attacker.
"Yes, I suppose...why?" What exactly was Seto trying to get at, and in the middle of a fight of all things.
"Good, then I have a favour to ask of you. Could you marry me and Kisara." He smiled at the woman who he loved so much and swung his sword killing an oncoming enemy.
“Right now!”
What in gods name was he thinking. Now? This really wasn't the time or the place to be getting married "Seto! If you haven't cared to notice I'm a bit busy at the moment!" He protested.
"Please, this may be our only chance"
Seto knew there was a slight chance they may not make it out of this alive and he wanted to marry Kisara, to be joined with the woman he so loved should either of them have to leave for the Field of Reeds and Seto knew she wanted so as well.
Mahaad called out another attack for his magician, before calling forth another monster to help with the battle.
"Alright, fine."
He lifted his sword blocking an on coming attack,
"Today we are gather to see these two souls be brought together - Dark Burning Magic attack..-" He started, pausing for a moment so he could order his Magician to attack "And unite as one under Ra."
Seto gave an attack order to his own Ka before turning and pulling Kisara close for a moment, "Kisara will you join me by my side and take me to be yours?" He asked quickly only letting her go for a moment to focus on defending himself from being injured as another of the Thief Kings riders took a swing.
"Yes," She said quickly, if becoming bit breathless from the fight.
The White Dragon above letting out a piercing cry, attacking the enemies below with it's White Lightening.
In another moment of brief reprieve the reunited, even covered with sweat and sand, even a some spattering of blood that had gotten on her clothes Seto thought her the most beautiful in all of Egypt.
Quickly turning to back to back it was now Kisara’s turn to speak, “And will you have me by your side, for now and forever?”
Seto spun around to face her for a quick moment looking into her beautiful blue eyes, an arm reaching around to block the sword coming towards her.
"I’d have no one else," He grinned,
"By the blessing of the gods and as one of the six....high priests, you are now-"
Before he could finish Maahad stumbled back from a surprise attack,
“You are-”
Damn these guys were getting faster and it was hard to concentrate on both this impromptu wedding and concentrating on his magic.
“You – Oh never mind. Just kiss her!”
And all to gladly Seto took his new bride by the hip pulling her into an embrace, her dragon’s cry echoing across the sands. Content in knowing should Anubis come for them their spirits would always be together united as one.
