Chapter Text
Tamaki Suoh had always been aware of his feelings towards Kyouya Ootori, but it wasn't until recently that he realized the true depth of his emotions. He had tried to hide them, bury them deep within his heart, knowing that they were forbidden and could never be acted upon. Tamaki had always treasured his friendship with Kyouya, and he didn't want to risk losing that by confessing his love.
But lately, Tamaki couldn't ignore the way his heart skipped a beat every time Kyouya walked into the room, or the way his palms grew sweaty whenever Kyouya touched him. He knew that he had to keep his feelings hidden, but it was becoming harder and harder to pretend that everything was okay.
One night, Tamaki and Kyouya were the last ones in the Host Club. They were cleaning up after a busy day, and the silence between them was palpable. Tamaki couldn't help but steal glances at Kyouya, his heart racing with each passing moment.
"Tamaki, is something bothering you?" Kyouya finally spoke, breaking the silence.
Tamaki froze, unsure of how to respond. He had been so lost in his thoughts that he hadn't even noticed Kyouya watching him.
"N-no, everything's fine," Tamaki stammered, avoiding Kyouya's gaze.
"Don't lie to me, Tamaki. I can tell when something's bothering you," Kyouya replied, his tone gentle but firm.
Tamaki hesitated for a moment before finally summoning the courage to speak.
"I...I have feelings for you, Kyouya. Romantic feelings," Tamaki admitted, his voice barely above a whisper.
Kyouya's eyes widened in surprise, but he didn't say anything at first. Tamaki's heart raced as he waited for Kyouya's response, unsure of what to expect.
"Tamaki, I..." Kyouya began, but he trailed off, lost in thought.
Tamaki's heart sank. Had he just ruined their friendship?
But then, to Tamaki's surprise, Kyouya reached out and took his hand.
"I have feelings for you too, Tamaki. I've been hiding them for so long, but I can't deny them anymore," Kyouya confessed, his grip on Tamaki's hand tightening.
Tamaki's heart soared with happiness and relief. He couldn't believe that Kyouya felt the same way about him.
They shared a brief but passionate kiss, their hearts racing with excitement and fear. They both knew that their relationship was forbidden, that they would have to keep it a secret from the rest of the Host Club, but in that moment, they didn't care. All that mattered was their love for each other.
