Summary
2009. It had been two years since Kiryu left Majima, and now they were doing the same song and dance of "will they, wont they?"
Goromi finds herself going out for the first time since Kiryu left and another partner has died. Loneliness is a hell of a drug, but she finds some comfort in the arms of a new Host in town at Club Stardust, Kazu-chan. It's not a fix, but a cheap bandaid over a long festering wound, but she doesn't mind as long as she has company, even for a little while.

“What the hell? Where did you get this, Ego-san?”
Ego ignored Barou’s questions and instead stated sternly, “As the manager of the café, you must dress up as a maid because maid cosplays sell the most appeal. This is an order from me, you understand?”
Barou Shouei found himself becoming a manager of Blue Lock’s side project called the Blue Lock Café. Otherwise, Blue Lock would shut down from inadequate funding and his family would remain in great financial debt. The goal is to serve as many guests as possible. So as Maid Barou, he rounded up other Blue Lock players to work with him as hosts. But are they working towards pleasing the guests—or pleasing him?
Or
Barou becomes Maid Barou for real, shenanigans ensure, and everyone loves him (with exceptions).
This story takes place in the same canon-divergent timeline as Japan's No. 1 Baby, not Striker--my other WIP.

A story about messy attraction, pining, a splash of borderline obsessive behavior and a fair amount of morally gray behavior.
He's sweet on her, but all bets are off when it comes to others. She's a little naive, mainly because of the language gap. If you like your Qimir a little sketchy, come stay a while.
This will somehow also give cozy vibes, because, well, it's what I do.
