Nagi hears about the news first.
In a matter of minutes, he’s getting a call from his lawyer who says that he’s already split their assets evenly, that the papers are ready and all that’s left to do is sign.
When faced with a situation perceived as stressful, the natural human response comes with two options: to face it or flee.
Get out of there quickly, his lawyer urges frantically. Now.
But Nagi was never normal. He hangs up then goes to look for Isagi.
Because when others have two options, he has and will only ever have one:
Fight.
