Summary
Iruka is ready to once again perform the sacred ritual his people so desperately need.
The ritual is a way to please the god who takes care of the region and its performance is both a gift and a punishment.
The gift is the god's blessing, confirmation of once again having the divine's attention, and the punishment is having to swallow his pride and become a toy for the almighty Kakashi.
