   Summary

   Nihlus Kryik is a Specter; an elite special task force for the Citadel Council. Shepard is a Lieutenant Commander in the Systems Alliance. He is turian. She is human. Not long ago their two species were at war. Now they work together (mostly) to live in the galaxy peacefully (mostly) and build a better future for everyone, (mostly). There are still some rough edges to smooth out. She's met turians before, worked with them, fought with them... shot at them, but this one is different. He actually seems to believe that humans and turians can be peaceful allies. There's an allure as if his bright green eyes are gravity wells and they pull her in, but she pushes the feelings way down deep. It couldn't possibly work... Could it?
   This starts post Mass Effect 1 with a romance build up between Shepard and Nihlus. Some cannon. (wrote this years ago, so I may make minor changes as I post)
