Summary
Will was seven when he first felt the grief of losing a loved one. Since then, he thinks, it just hasn’t stopped.
So, seeing his father as a mortal, and, as his boyfriend so eloquently put it - with a strong aura of death, is terrifying. Will had thought that he would never have to worry about his father that way - But his father is on a quest now. A quest that he may not survive, and Will’s world is turned upside down just thinking about it.
“You’re thinking too hard again,” Will blinks, looking up to see Nico staring at him, an eyebrow raised. Will’s face softens, and- yeah, his boyfriend’s right.
