"Bye, Pap, I'm going to Grillby's, you want anything?" Sans asked as he pulled his hoodie over his head and reached for the door knob. Papyrus rushed downstairs, his orange scarf flowing behind him as he wrapped his arms around his older brother in a tight hug. "Be safe brother, and you know I don't like grease. I love you." he said with his usual grin.
Sans smiled his tired smile and patted Papyrus's back. "Love you too, see you later." he said as he pulled away from Papyrus and left the house, shutting the door behind him. Sans's feet crunched the snow covered ground as he began to walk to Grillby's bar. Sans was more awake than he thought for some reason.
He was also... Happy. For once in his life, Sans the skeleton was happy. He waved hi to all the monsters in Snowdin as he finally reached the bar. He opened the door and stepped inside. All the monsters inside greeted Sans as if he was famous. Sans chuckled as he sat down in his usual seat in front of the bar.
"Heya, Grillbz~ How you doing today, hot stuff?~" Sans teased with a wink. The bartender known as Grillby smiled at Sans and shook his head with a chuckle. "Hello to you too, Sans.~ I'm doing well.~" he said. All the other customers 'awwed' softly at the cuteness between Grillby and Sans.
Sans flushed blue and reached for the ketchup bottle, he popped it open and drank some. "Ah..." he said softly. Grillby was continuing to smile at Sans, his eyes behind his glasses, filled with love. Sans opened one eye and smiled. "You're staring at me.~" he chuckled. Grillby chuckled. "Can I not stare at my beautiful skeleton?~" he asked.
Sans blushed bright blue and almost dropped his ketchup bottle. Grillby reached out a hand. "Careful, Sans, are you alright?" he asked worriedly. Sans shook his head and gripped the bottle. "Yeah, I'm alright, of course you can stare at me, Grillbz.~" he said with a smile.
Grillby gently touched Sans's free hand. "Thank you, my darling.~" he said. Sans intertwined their fingers, all tho it did burn his bones, he fought through the pain, it wasn't even THAT hot. Grillby saw the pained wince that crossed Sans's face. "Sans?" he asked softly. Sans smiled. "It's alright, I can deal with a little bit of heat as long as it's yours, Grillbz.~" he winked.
Grillby smiled a little and leaned over to Sans's mouth. Sans met him half way and 'kissed' him. Grillby closed his eyes and swirled his tongue around Sans's blue tongue. All the customers were clapping and cheering for the cute couple. Sans closed his eyes and wrapped his arms around Grillby, ignoring the slight pain that his mouth area was under.
Grillby soon broke the kiss and smiled as a soft sizzle noise sounded as the two broke apart. Sans stuck out his blue tongue with a chuckle. "Hot as always.~" he said with a teasing wink. Grillby chuckled as a bright red blush crossed his cheeks.
Time went by, and it was almost time for Grillby to lock up the bar and go home as well as a now surprisingly sober Sans. Sans hopped off his seat and went over to the jukebox in the corner and turned it on, a slow, romantic song started going. Sans smiled as he softly began to sing along to the tune.
He then began to slowly slide around the bar, slowly swaying. Grillby watched this scene and smiled playfully as he put down the dishes he was holding and walked over to Sans in front of the bar. Sans hadn't noticed Grillby near him seeing as how he had his eyes closed and was lost in a daydream.
Grillby smiled and gently took Sans's hand. Sans's eyes shot open and he turned around to face Grillby with a sigh of relief. "You scared me a little, Grillbz.~" he chuckled. Grillby giggled softly. "I am sorry, Sans, but, I saw you dancing, and couldn't help but wonder if we should dance together." he said.
Sans blinked before smiling, a bright, blue blush across his cheek bones. "I would love that." he said. Grillby ran a hand down Sans's back. "Shall we dance then?~" he purred. Sans winked. "Of course.~" he said.
The two started to slow dance, their arms wrapped around one another as they stared at each other in the eyes. Their eyes were filled with love and adortion for the other as the song continued onward. Grillby held Sans close and kissed his neck gently as they swayed more.
Sans laid his head on Grillby's shoulder and closed his eyes with a smile. Grillby rubbed Sans's back as the song on the jukebox came to a close. The two stopped dancing, but stayed in one another's embrace for just a while longer.
Sans soon broke the embrace and kissed Grillby softly, his blue tongue swirling with Grillby's tongue. Grillby broke the kiss with a smirk and playful wink before smacking Sans's behind. Sans chuckled and jumped a little. "Grillbz... As much as I want to, I should be heading home, Pap's is probably worried sick." he said.
Grillby nodded with a smile before kissing Sans one last time. "Of course, my darling, head on home, but do know, I will miss you dearly." he said. Sans smiled and kissed Grillby back before breaking the kiss and going to the door. "I love you so much...~" Sans said with a blue blush and smile. Grillby flushed red and smiled. "I love you too, Sans, I love you a skele-ton, actually.~" he giggled.
Sans did a double pistole and wink. "Ayeeee~ Out dated, but still, ayeee.~" he chuckled. Grillby smiled and giggled softly before waving Sans goodbye as Sans left the bar. Grillby smiled to himself in the quiet bar. "I'll love you no matter what, Sans...~" he promised softly as he put away the dishes.
Sans was walking back home, happy, warm, smiling, just... Perfect, for once in his life, Sans felt, amazing. He finally reached his and Papyrus's house before entering and shutting the door behind him, he stripped himself of his jacket and sat down on the couch for a moment. "I'll love you no matter what, Grillbz... No matter how many times that damn kid resets, I'll always love you forever.~" he whispered with a smile.
Sans got up from the couch, grabbed a ketchup bottle from the fridge, went upstairs, entered Papyrus's room where Papyrus was sleeping soundly. Sans smiled and leaned down to kiss Papyrus's forehead. "I'm home, bro, sweet dreams, I love you." he said quietly before leaving the bedroom and going to his own.
Sans laid on the mattress and stared at the ceiling with eyes filled with lust. He sighed happily as he started feeling sleepy. He soon lost his grip on the ketchup bottle and ended up going to sleep, snoring softly and dreaming of nothing but Grillby.
Sans and Grillby loved each other, no doubt about it there. The way they talked to one another versus how they talked to others is such a hint. Lovey dovey and cheesy pet names versus friendly talk with rare smiles. Sans knew how some monsters could be rather slow, but he didn't mind, as long as he had Grillby and his brother, of course Sans will continue to dance through this little thing we call life, and what a perfect life in the future that Sans is promised with. End.
