A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
Alejandro is a lover boy, and will show that to his partner at every opportunity. He is always making romantic gestures, confessing his love again with a small gift or a deep kiss. He doesn’t shy away from pda either, unless it makes his lover uncomfortable, kissing their hand or neck in public the moment the urge strikes him.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
With how crazy his days often end up being Alejandro craves steadiness and stability, and those are traits he looks for in his friends. He find balance with people like that, and peace, and brings his own bit of chaotic energy to the mix.
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Cuddles with Alejandro are a spiritual experience. He takes his time to make the perfect snuggle nest, maneuvering until he finds the ideal position for slotting his body to his lover's. He wants as much contact as possible (his face in their neck, legs tangled together, their hands under his shirt) and will not settle until he can't see, feel, or sense anything besides his partner. He will settle for "lesser cuddles" if the two of them aren't in a situation that allows for ideal snuggles, but he's going to complain about it.
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
Once he falls in love Alejandro wants nothing more to than to make a home with his partner, a sanctuary for them to hide from the world in. He would delay a while, not in a rush and also always busy with his responsibilities. Once they do get a place together he knows he will want nothing to but to rush home to them every day.
Alejandro grew up with a big family, and thus grew up doing his fair share of chores. He keeps a clean home on his own, and always does his fair share of cleaning once he and his lover move in together. He loves to cook together, and will always try to get home in time to cook with his partner.
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
Once Alejandro is in love, he loves for life. He would rather tackle hard issues than just end a relationship. Any sort of splitting up would leave him listless and empty for a long time.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
Alejandro would want his partner to meet all of his (very large) family and get their approval before he was ready to pop the question. His family would be smitten, and after the meeting he would constantly get asked when he was going to marry them. After he would ask fairly quickly, recruiting Rodolfo to set up a romantic dinner for two in his lovers favorite spot, waiting for the perfect moment to sink to his knee and ask mi amor, will you marry me.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
Ale is passionate but tender, his touches reverent and his words always laced with love. He can lose himself in the moment but will always kiss away any soreness after. Most of the time, however, his words are as gentle as they can be, always affirming his lover and building them up. He loves to hold them, and kiss them until they're breathless.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
Alejandro loves hugs, and he will squeeze anyone he's close with. He hugs his partner like they're all that’s holding him to the earth, hands clutching them as he breaths them in. He always takes a moment to whisper something sweet in their ear, a prayer to their love, before letting them go reluctantly. He will hold them to him casually when they're out together, an arm around their waist or shoulders.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
He would tell his lover as soon as he knows, he's very open and has no shame in falling in love quickly. He would probably tell them he loved them and ask them to be his partner in the same breath.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
Alejandro is as jealous as he is passionate, his eyes sharp as he watches anyone who would dare vie for his lovers attentions. He is quick to intervene, placing himself between his partner and the offending person, staring down at them as he challenges them. Once they back down he will turn to his lover, face full of concern as he brings his lips to theirs with a whisper you are mine and only mine.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
Alejandro's kisses are like honey, warm and soft and slow, reaching depths of his lovers heart and making them breathless. His kisses are numerous, any moment he can he's pressing his lips to his lover, sealing his love against their skin. Even when his partner is busy he will press small kisses on the back of their neck, atop their shoulders before leaving them to their work. He reaches for them before his eyes even open in the mornings, needing their kisses to face the day ahead of him.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
Alejandro loves children. All the kids in Los Almas know he keeps little candies in the pockets of his uniform and pester him until he shares. His family is large, and every gathering has all the nieces and nephews hanging off Tio Ale's arms and falling asleep in his lap. He wants a big family of his own someday, but only after he retires, or finds a less dangerous post. He dreams of being a dad during his late nights at work, dreaming of a house full of laughter and toys scattered across the floor.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
Alejandro is like a sleepy bear in the morning. It takes a long time before he will lift his head from his pillows and open his eyes. He says seeing his lovers face as his first sight in the morning is the only reason he open them at all (dramatic ass). He tends to only speak spanish as he wakes up, in a deep gravely voice. He also refuses to start the day without coffee, with a healthy helping of sugar, no cream.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
Nights with Alejandro are cozy, full of music and good food and laughter. Alejandro likes to have guests over for dinner, Rudy and other people he worked with or local family and friends. Other nights are spent cuddled together and ignoring the world.
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
Alejandro likes to compartmentalize his life, trying to keep work and home separate as much as he can. He would be pretty private in that way, but he will talk about it if pressed. Otherwise he will happily share details of himself or his life, using it as a way to get closer to his partner.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
Alejandro has a temper, but it burns hot and fast. He does his best to not raise his voice at his partner, but there are times he slips up. He feels terrible after arguments, and comes to apologize with flowers and chocolates and tearful apologies as he holds them close.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
Alejandro remember everything, learning his lovers patterns and preferences like its his sole purpose. The way they make their tea, the songs they like to hear when theyre sad, where their shoulder tense up when theyre stressed. He takes pride in knowing and remembering very little detail they share with him, holding them in his heart like a treasure. And if they do the same thing? Melts him into an Alejandro shaped puddle.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
It was a rare rainy day, and Alejandro's partner had pulled him out into it gleefully, getting them both completely soaked in seconds. They put their arms around his neck, singing to them and dancing happily. He danced with them until the rain stopped, kissing them with all the passion in him as a rainbow formed over the city. He knew in that moment he would marry them, and spend the rest of his days running out into the rain with them.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
Ale is very, very protective, doing his best to shield his partner from any harm or upset. Everyone is Los Almas knows him, and his partner, and while its mostly safe he may send patrols through the neighborhood they live in more often if he has to be away for any period of time.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
There is no day that Alejandro deems not special enough to celebrate his lover and their relationship. He loves surprise gifts and dates for no reason, the look on his lovers face when he comes through the door makes him fall in love more every time. So when a very special day comes around? He pulls out all the stops, nothing is too grand or extravagant for them! He would bring the moon and stars down from the heavens if it thought it would make them smile.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
Alejandro has an incurable sweet tooth, and is constantly snacking if he's not paying attention. He is also stubborn beyond belief, and his temper gets the better of him more than he cares to admit.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
Alejandro knows he's a beautiful man, and he knows it. He relishes in it, always trying to peacock for his lover. He loves dressing up for them, having them pick out his outfits for dates and doing little dances to show off for them. He's also really big on cutesy matching couples outfits.
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
Being apart from his partner bring all the worst part of Alejandro out. He becomes short, irritable, and reckless. He feels completed by the, and being without them makes him feel like he's lost all the best parts of himself.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
Alejandro has an amazing singing voice, bassy and melodic. He doesn’t sing often, he's a little self-conscious about it. But sometimes in the evening he will hold his partner close to his heart, swaying and crooning out the old spanish love songs his mother loved, pouring all the love he feels into every note. He will look down at them if they join him, eyes soft.
Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)
Alejandro dislikes people who are chronically late, he says its disrespectful. He also hates it when his partner shuts him out when theyre upset with him, wanting to work things out as soon as issues arise instead of putting it off.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
Sleepy bear strikes again. When he is ready to sleep there is no force that keeps him from bed, usually dragging his partner along with him. He snores, low and grumbly, and sleeps on his back.
