It was a normal day at Skool and by normal I mean having an all out Dodgeball fight.
-”Alright kids! Everyone grab a ball and we’ll begin. THOSE OF YOU WHO DO NOT HAVE SUCH ITEM PLEASE GO SIT OVER AT THE BENCH!” The coach pointed towards the bench behind him where Gaz was playing on her G4 looking uninterested.
Dib, who held the ball tightly in his hands, smirked as he looked at Zim. “You're going down Zim.” Zim looked at him with a glare. “Lies! Your weak human arms are no match for my brute strength!” Zim bragged as the ball he held slipped from his hands dropping to the ground.
Dib looked at it while Zim nervously rushed to pick it up, flushing a very dark shade of green. The coach blew his whistle.
-”Okay on the count of 3, 1… 2…DODGE!” Every kid outside starts throwing or hitting balls at each other. It was so bad, that a kid ended up hiding in a slide waiting for it to be over.
Zim and Dib locked eyes on each other, while walking in circles at the playground. “I’m not just fighting an Alien.. I’m fighting for the future of the planet!”
Dib monologue in his head, as he threw multi balls at his enemy zim. Zim frantically tried doging every dodgeball as he held onto his. Dib was about to throw a dodgeball attack at Zim once more but realized his stash was empty as his eyes widened upon seeing Zim holding one smirking.
“Oh no..” He gasped out. “Oh yes.. Now I Zim! Can defeat you single handley!” Zim added, as he threw the ball.
Dib braced for impact for the ball but it never came, opening his eyes once more before looking at zim as he pointed at him."For a Irken your aim is terrible!" He laughed while laughing hysterically, However Zim just kept staring at his ball that was hanging loose on a tree branch ominously dangling above Dib.
“Even as an alien you sure do have a terrible ACK- Dib never got a chance to continue his sentence as the ball harshly fell onto his head as he fell backwards.
“What was that DIB?! Us, Irken! have great aim when it comes to defeating our enemies!” He bragged. However Dib groaned, as he sat up tilting his head in confusion as he looked at him.
“Do I know you?”
Zim looked at him confused and said something else but was interrupted by the teacher. -”ALRIGHT EVERYBODY TIME TO HEAD BACK INSIDE!” He shouted. Multiple kids groaned as their game ended as they reluctantly obeyed.
Zim glanced a confused look at Dib noting his eyes looked grey as they walked back inside.
-”Well class I hope you had a good recess because I sure did!” Their teacher bragged as she was passing out papers for a quiz. “Lucky enough for you this will be your last class of the day if you finish early”
The class abrupted into a few yays before their teacher glared at them. Causing them to settle down.
Zim however just kept staring at Dib who was carelessly stabbing his paper.
Later
-”Wooo! Finally done with that! Move aside losers!” A girl shouted as she was running out the skool occasionally pushing a few kids out her way.
As Dib was about to leave the school property a skinny arm grabbed him harshly from his left causing him to fall into the bushes. “Ow! Why would you do that?!” He shouted as he winced from the throbbing pain that was now coming on his head.
Zim looked at him silently, eyes wide, before he started talking. “Tell me Dib. What exactly do you remember?”
Dib thought for a moment as he scratched his chin. “Well.. I remember a ‘Teacher?’ calling us inside and then when i got lost in the hallway a girl with dark purple hair while playing a game dragged me back to class”
“You don’t remember your own sister?” Zim asked questioned. Dib’s eyes widened as he smiled brightly. “That was my sister?! Aww man! She must be pretty down, maybe i can cheer her up with some cookies or!-
-”As much as i'd like to hear you talk about your.. Earth sibling, Tell me. What do you think of me when you see me?”
Dib looked at Zim carefully as he walked circles around him with a confused look. “You don’t look that different. Aside from your weird hair. But that’s pretty much it, "he replied.
Zim's eyes went wide in disbelief. “You don’t think I'm some kind of alien?”
“Alien?! You really are a funny guy aren’t you” Dib repeated as he laughed, Zim grinned darkly.
“This is good! He doesn’t remember me being an alien or the fact he tried to capture me.. He’ll be a good human test subject to discover the weaknesses of these petty humans!”
Dib was watching a butterfly land on a flower instantly before a loud cough came from Zim causing the butterfly to fly away, as Dib instantly frowned.
“Say Uh.. Dib. How would you like to become my personal assistant?” Zim watched as Dib happily agreed, As Zim grinned darkly.
Ding dong!
Ding Dong!
Gir was munching on some cheesey popcorn, happily watching his show as he heard the doorbell ring, as he ran towards it.
“MASTER! YOUR BACK!” Gir shouted as he smiled widely. Zim smirked, as he proudly entered his home but just before he could do anything Gir shouted again.
-”OUR ENEMY! STAY AWAY FROM HIM YOU FOUL HUMAN!” Gir screeched as hands turned into mini missiles. Dib looked at him in amazement completely oblivious that gir was pointing weapons straight at him.
Zim sighed, “Gir calm down! Our enemy is no longer a threat to us!” He demanded. Gir quickly put his weapons away as his eyes turned back to its cyan blue. “Okie dokie! Imma go continue my show!”
Once that was out of the way, Zim began dragging Dib to his lair.
“Woww! So what do we do now?” Dib asked, trying to hold his excitement at seeing all the cool alien tech.
“For starters, go get me that box below the shelf and be careful when you pull it” Zim stated as he went up to his screen typing something. Dib did a salute as he smiled, “Sure thing friend!”
As Zim was typing he couldn’t help but feel something was wrong as he spoke again. “Oh and Dib be sure you remove the pig wand from above the box carefully and switch it with the shoe!” He shouted, not evening looking at him.
Dib completely removed the pig wand happily forgetting that was supposed to add the shoe as he held the box. “I have your tools!”
Zim clapped his hands together as he spun in his chair, “excellent now if you would just- Zim paused mid sentence as he noticed the shelf was beginning to shake as his eyes widened.
“Run you fool! RUN!” Zim shouted, as the shelf started to tip over along with supplies falling near dib.
Dib tried running away but it was too late, as the shelf fell on top of him.
Zim looked at the buried Dib as he whined, “Ohh why!! WHYY!! Just when you were at your most vulnerable state!” He complained, hugging the pieces of broken rubble.
Zim heard Dib groaned, as he immediately hugged him. “YOUR ALIVE! YOUR- “WHY ARE YOU HUGGING ME ZIM?!” Dib screeched, as he tried to free himself. Zim's eyes widened as he let go allowing Dib to fall face forward as Zim crossed his arms.
“-Oh it’s you..” Zim coldly spoke. Dib glared as he stood up dusting himself off. “Of course it’s me! Also why did you hug me? And why am I in your lair?!” He loudly asked.
Zim smirked as he paced around the room, “if you must know, you were about to help me find better ways of invading your planet”Zim said, with a smirk.
Dib laughed, “Me?! Help you?” He scoffed, “Yeah right. But seeing you here made me realize you have plenty of proof just lying around the room!” He bragged, as he grabbed a alien device.
Zim panicked as he grabbed a ray, blasting the device as it designated off Dib’s hands. Dib glared, “I’LL GET YOU BACK ZIM! YOU HEAR ME! I’LL- AAAAH!! BEE’S!”
Zim laughed, as he watched Dib run out his lair along with robotic bees chasing him as he screamed.
