Prologue
This was it. Belos was finally achieving his goal. With his fusion with the titan heart he had finally gotten the ability too put an end to those horrible witches. Plus with the death of the human there was no one who could stop him.
Or was there?
He couldn't truly make it out but from a distance he saw it. Luz the human had come back from the dead. Not only that but it seemed she had fuzed with the titan. Belos knew this could be a problem so he came up with a new plan.
When his mold had hit Luz, a part of it also hit the Collector. If he could manage to absorb him he would become unstoppable. With that, he spread the mold of which was on the Collector's body begining to consume him without him even noticing it (after all, he was too busy holding up the archives to pay attention to such details).
However at this moment he heard something, a voice. Luz Nocedas voice, and as her words were spoken, Belos noticed where she was. In the throne room, in front of him, tearing him away from the heart of the Titan
" Do, not underestimate me Belos, for I am the good witch Luz"
The Collector´s body had almost been fully absorved, much too the terror of those viewing him in the archives
"Child of the human realm"
If he was just able to access some of his power, he would be able to put an end to all of this
"Student of the demon realm"
However, he than remembered that titan magic neutralized the Collectors abilities and right infront of him was a very angry Luz infused with the titans powers
"And warrior of peace"
He couldn't merely defeat them. He was placed in an unescapable situation. Unless......he could change it.Change history. Timepools were a thing, and both Luz and Lilith had entered one. Were he to travel back, using the Collectors power he would be able to fix this situation
" NOW EAT THIS, SUCKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"
The collector was now fully absorved, and with Belos's last ounce of strength before being fully pulled from the Titans heart, he attempted to create a time pool, in the same way the Collector made the portal to the human realm.
And he did
Or so he thought, because after looking around he noticed he wasn't in the past, rather he was in a strange place, another realm. This one resembled the inbetween realm he'd seen when travelling realms. But rather than showing people it showed times.
And in front of him were several puppets. Small puppets, nowhere near the size of the Collectors puppets, all of residents of the Boiling Isles. They were all on pink strings that went high on to the sky.
So he decided to do the logical thing and rip one of the puppets from their strings.
He chose Edalyn Clawthorne first. She had always been a thorn on his side, So he ripped her puppet. But the Owl Ladies strings merely reattached to her. So he ripped it again alongside Liliths strings. And they reattached, but not to the right people
Lilith's string attached to Eda, changing her clothes to resemble that of Lilith's whilst she worked for the emperors coven but a dark red rather than black. And Eda's to Lilith, changing her clothes to that of Eda's when she was on the run, blue instead of red.
Next he ripped Luz's strings alongside Amity's and having them swap places, which also changed the other Blight's and Nocedas appearences
Belos felt a sense of remorse at having a human become a witch but he did what he thought had to be done
He than began to feel his body disapear, his body had began to turn into small orbs of light, before fully vanishing. He feared he had failed, and yet still felt a sense of accomplishment
He awoke in his throne room, wondering what had happened before being interrupted by a voice
"Emperor Belos, I have news. They are about my sister"
It was Eda Clawthorne, dresed the way her puppet was before he had awoke here.
"Ah, Edalyn. Explain."
" The scouts have said Lily was see alongside a human. I thought it's something you should know"
"Yes, thank you Edalyn. Now return to your duties and try to actually capture your sister"
"Yes, Emperor Belos"
And so Eda left the room, being followed by another voice speaking
"Emperor Belos, I can't understand why you keep giving her chances. It's clear she fails because of attachment. Now if you were to put ME in charge.."
It was Kikimora, yet again desperate for power
"Now now Kikimora, I assure you, it is the Titans will"
"If you say so, Emperor Belos."
And as Kiki exited the room Belos sat on his throne, and while his mask was blank and cold, underneath it the Emperor was grinning from ear to ear, he had officially changed the timeline, and the Day of Unity shall happen this time
