sada makes a time machine and accidentally brings volo to the present. chaos ensues.

     Juliana was called over by Professor Sada. Well, not the real one of course, the AI one. She found a way back from the past.

     She was testing her time machine to see if she could bring things that aren't Pokémon back from the past and she called Juliana to overlook the experiment to make sure if any Pokémon came through, Sada wouldn't die (again). She was standing aside, waiting for something interesting to happen, when all of a sudden, a loud noise erupted from the time machine. She jerked her head over to the contraption where Sada was pulling something— a pale debarked stick, maybe?— out of the machine. 

     As it turns out and as literally anybody else could guess, this whole thing wasn't a good idea. Sada ended up pulling a whole guy out of the machine, someone who looked eerily familiar to Juliana. It wasn't until she saw that terribly familiar hairdo that she finally figured out who it was.

     "Sada, step back, that's the guy that almost killed everyone in Sinnoh," said Juliana. "No, that was the blue-haired guy," Sada replied simply. "I mean the one from all those years ago! You know, in the history books?" Sada scanned her database and suddenly realized: oh. Yeah, that guy looks exactly like this one, and he wields Giratina itself as well. It didn't seem he had Giratina caught, though.

     "Oh. That one. Well, what is he going to do? With no Giratina, he's basically harmle-" Sada got cut off when Giratina poked its head through a portal, seemingly beckoned by hearing its name like a Fidough would. Juliana summoned her team, as Volo looked to Giratina and looked back at the two people. "GIRATINA, STRIKE TH-" He cut himself off when he noticed some weird pink thing in Juliana's team. Not just some weird pink thing, a weird pink thing with a huge hammer that could totally crush him where he was standing.

     Volo jumped back and Giratina chose that time to leave, seemingly bored of whatever was going on. Volo cowered in fear at the pink thing; it could kill him at any moment, he could see the bloodlust in its eyes. Juliana was amused, while Sada was confused. What in the realm was going on?!

Juliana used Tinkaton as bait to make Volo follow them out of the lab and soon out of the cave, too. They decided to make a turn to go check out the other cave with all the stones in it; Sada needed to collect some for her research. Juliana turned around for a second while helping Sada, and when she turned back around Volo stood with an angelic look on his face. Tinkaton was also helping Juliana, which explains how Volo somehow bribed a Roaring Moon with some Berries he collected along the way to be his Pokémon. Juliana sighed and they soon left the cave, paying much closer attention to him so he didn't collect an entire team.

 

 

After they left Area Zero, they decided to take the space criminal to Clavell, because what else were they supposed to do? Let him run free? No way! Unfortunately, on their way through the school, it was apparently the perfect time according to Penny, Nemona, and Arven to pop by and say hi.

"Ooh, who's that? Can we battle?!" said Nemona, right before Penny dragged her back like she was a Fidough who saw a Skwovet, seemingly listening to her playlist while doing so, paying no mind to the criminal being threatened by Tinkaton. "Not to be too rude, but what the realm are you wearing?" asked Arven, eyeing his weird hair and unusual outfit. "My Arceus outfit! Don't you dare make fun of it!" said Volo. Seems like they would end up being enemies. On the contrary, Nemona would have a new person to fight, so at least there's that.

"what the realm" is the pokemon universe equivalent of "what the hell" hit post
