To my dear Ango,
I’m not sure how I’m going to start this letter but here goes nothing. You will most likely never read this letter, but I felt it was time for me to stop pining loving you from afar.
Ango, I know I haven’t known you for very long, but in that short time, you managed to capture my heart. In all honesty, I don’t even know where to begin… You’re a wonderfully witty intellect and by God, you have a wicked mean glare that I love. Anyway, I’m getting ahead of myself.
You make sitting on a bar stool look like an art form. Whenever we're at Lupin I can never stop myself from stealing glances whenever I can, because you always look so good sitting over there. Just out of my reach. I am painfully aware that you are never going to see me the same. You are an intellect not ready for an affair. At least not with me.
I will never ruin the friendship we have formed and no matter what you do my feelings will not ever change. Just know I always think you look handsome on the nights we spend together. The three of us.
I’m sorry for the fact you will never know how I feel about you and I may end up regretting it. If I live long enough too.

Ango felt the tears roll down his cheeks before he registered the sob that racked through his chest. At some point, he ended up on his knees on the grass of the grave. Through the blur of tears, the name S. Oda glared up at him.
“Oda Sakunosuke, I Ango Sakaguchi love you too” his tears slowly spread along the surface of the letter, “And I have since the first time we met”.
