Chay is about to thank who he assumes is a guard when he locks eyes with the person. Those eyes that he had been trying so hard to avoid for the past few months.
“Hi, I’m Porchay, but most people just call me Chay. I like video games and music and I would do criminal things for sweets.”
Kim holds back a laugh and shakes Chay’s hand.
“It’s nice to meet you Chay. I’m Kim. I collect leather jackets, I play music and I am a horrific dancer.”
Chay lets out a laugh at the last comment and Kim smiles, not realizing just how much he missed that sound.
“It’s nice to meet you, P’Kim.”
