   Summary

   Tony put on his public face, fell back into old habits, and kicked off the Stark Expo with a raging hangover nobody would have guessed at (other than anyone who actually knew him, but Pepper was just exasperated and Happy didn’t say a word about it). He pictured the way Beck would have been looking at him with so much disappointment and never let the mask falter.

   Backstage, he recognized the man looking back at him in the mirror, but it wasn’t the man Beck had made him.
