In February, 2 years ago, there had been a putsch, music had been used as a propaganda tool. After striking the putsch down and new organization of the government, music was prohibited as a free time activity. Only for official events, with permission from the government. Parties, private meetings and so on, are only allowed without music. Musicals, concerts and other band activities are prohibited.
