One Infiltration? Double is Better

Summary:

Tecchou, Jouno, and Tachihara were sent to UA to help them find the traitor amongst them. One incident that happened in Yokohama made them return to their city, bringing Class 1-A and two teachers with them. Shenanigans followed, new friend groups were formed, romance started to bloom, and obviously disasters also followed.
People from Yokohama traumatize the UA people as usual and Fyolai infiltrates the League of Villains.

Chapter Text

It was a beautiful night in Musutafu, Japan. The moon was shining brightly and blue and everything looked peaceful and calm. But not with the situation in UA’s teachers meeting room.

“I think we should ask the government from Yokohama to help us.” It was like the on was switched, everybody's reaction but one mammal turned horrified.

"I don't know what you're thinking right now but Yokohama has closed its border for many years! Why would they want to help us now?!"

There were many shouting of agreement until one person with long black hair who looked like a mess voiced his opinion.

"I won't disagree with all of you, but we should hear what principal Nedzu is saying." Immediately everybody stopped their shouting and turned their head to the previous mammal or Nedzu.

Nedzu silently clapped his paws and hummed. "Thank you Aizawa. Well, I do know that Yokohama has closed itself for many years. But let me ask all of you first, what do you know about Yokohama?"

The room immediately went silent, you can even hear the sound of the air conditioner.

A skinny-boney looking man raised his hand doubtfully. "I don't know much but my friend Detective Tsukauchi, worked with someone from Yokohama before. Apparently Yokohama is a quirkless city."

Loud gasps could be heard in the room.

"I was surprised too. Then Tsukauchi told me that they have something called ability and only a few of them have it. Ability is also more superior than quirk even if none of the Yokohama's residents know the origin of the ability."

Nedzu nods his head and pulls out his phone.

"What All Might said is true. Ability is more superior than quirk. What makes the ability users from Yokohama more powerful is that they don't rely on their ability. Almost all of the ability users know how to fight with bare hands, guns, and knives. There are top 3 organizations who control Yokohama. Special Division for Unusual Powers, Armed Detective Agency, and Port Mafia–"

"MAFIAS ARE CONTROLLING YOKOHAMA???"

SMACK

Smacking sound could be heard inside the room as Aizawa slapped Present Mic's head. "You should listen to principal Nedzu first before cutting his words."

President Mic laughed loudly before urging Nedzu to continue while the other teachers shook their heads.

"As I was saying, the Port Mafia would be considered a villain here. But they protect Yokohama with their lives. Do you know about the vampire infection outbreak in Yokohama?"

When all of the teachers except Aizawa and All Might shake their heads, Nedzu sighed before claiming that they should watch more news.

"You can ask Aizawa or All Might for the details of the accident because I'll only tell you the main point. There was a group of five members called Decay of Angels and one of their members has the ability to cause the event. The Armed Detective Agency, Port Mafia, Guild and Hunting Dogs from the government teamed up to defeat them."

Nedzu suddenly slammed his phone on the table and smirked widely. Aizawa sighed loudly and murmured something like "is this what I think it is?"

Nedzu only smirked more when he heard Aizawa.

"Yes, it is Aizawa. I just texted my acquaintance from the Special Division for Unusual Powers that they will send their best ability user to help us."

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN?"

"YOKOHAMA WANT TO HELP US?!"

"THERE'S NO WAY!!"

When Nedzu's face turned stoic everyone immediately sat down. Seeing that, Nedzu grins maniacally and shows his phone screen.

"Yes, good evening principal Nedzu. I have done my research and I can see that All For One's plan could endanger all of us including Yokohama. If the traitor amongst UA knows more about you, they could report it to All For One. By seeing this, the Yokohama government will send their three best ability users. Thank you"

Everyone's eardrums would be busted right now if it wasn't for Aizawa erasing Present Mic's quirk. Nedzu only smiles at the teachers' attics before saying that the meeting is over. He was almost out of the room before he turned around.

"I forgot to say this earlier but the ability users will arrive at this school two days from now, and I hope all of you can welcome them. The government won't tell us which organizations the ability users are from, so we will know when they have arrived."

Meanwhile inside the Hunting Dogs headquarter, there was a knock before the last of the Hunting Dogs members were present inside the room. One of them is busy eating hard boiled egg with its shell while the person beside him glares at him with closed eyes because eating egg with shell is obviously not normal.

“Uh so we have a new mission sent specially for us from the government.”

As the man with ginger hair and amber eyes speaks while trying to rearrange the stack of papers in front of him.

“Apparently the Special Division for Unusual Powers asked us to go undercover in UA and help them to search for the traitor inside the school facility.” He smiles excitedly when the papers have been arranged correctly.

The first one to speak was a short girl with a pink hair tied ponytail sitting next to Jouno. “Isn’t this UA, is the hero school who were targeted by those villains called League of Villains? They say that there are traitors in their school?”

“You can say that… but apparently this group called League of Villains has a boss, and Ango-san said that if the traitor reports to their boss, it would harm all of Japan including Yokohama. They ask us to go undercover as a student and investigate who is the traitor inside UA.”

Synchronized hums could be heard inside the room as everyone agreed with what Tachihara was saying when suddenly a man with wild black hair voiced his opinion.

“If it’s about investigating, why can’t they ask the detective agency about it? They’re detectives so they should be more experienced than us.”

He returns to eat the egg which failed because someone took the egg and threw it into the bin at the end of the room.

The same person who threw the egg snorted and pushed Tecchou’s head with his forefinger. “Are you stupid or what? Even if the agency is already proven innocent, many from the outside of Yokohama don’t know about it. UA is already criticized for letting villains attack them twice and thrice if you count their counter with that crusty villain at the mall. They would get criticized again if they get caught working with ‘villains’.”

Tecchou only nods with blank face while Jouno snorts again and retorts, “and you said you’re the greatest member of Hunting Dogs.”

Teruko laughed out loud while Tachihara grimaced.

“So, who do you think should go to UA commander Teruko? I’m thinking of Tachihara because he’s already experienced infiltrating the Port Mafia before.”

Teruko agreed with Jouno's opinion because it is true that Tachihara has the best capability in terms of infiltration because of his ability and the fact that he's done it before.

“Because I’m the commander now I can’t exactly leave the base, so the two of you should join Tachihara as well.” Jouno sighed before agreeing with Teruko’s opinion. Then he turned to Tachihara before asking, “when are we going?” Tachihara looked at the papers on his hand again before replying to Jouno’s question. “We should be there tomorrow so I think we should go to Musutafu tonight with Shinkansen. I think that is it for the mission.”

The meeting was dismissed and they went their own way except for Tecchou because he quickly ran to Jouno.

“You know you can just walk right? Your foot sounds so loud it’s annoying.” Tecchou then stopped running and walked fast but silently so he wouldn't annoy Jouno.

“Jouno do you think I should pack many things for tomorrow?”

"Huh?"

Even if Jouno’s eyes are closed, you can see from his expression that he is flabbergasted.

“Why are you even asking me this? You’re not a child, just go pack something for 3 days and we’ll buy the rest of the equipment there. Please don’t ask me to help you pack because I’m not your mom.”

“Okay then, do you want me to help you pack?” Tecchou was not prepared for Jouno’s foot stepping on him. Luckily it didn’t hurt at all. “Why would I? I can do it by myself idiot.” Tecchou hummed then walked away.

“See you tomorrow Jouno.”

“Yeah yeah see you tomorrow. Now go away.”

Jouno, Tecchou and Tachihara arrived in UA at 9 in the morning. The three of them are wearing the Hunting Dogs official uniforms and the swords too because they feel like it’s a formal meeting.

They did get weird stares from a few people but they ignored it. The trio went inside the UA building with their invitation cards that were given to them at dawn before their departure from Yokohama.

“Damn this school is so big! No wonder they’re the top school in the country.” Tachihara looked amazed with the school as he kept looking at the building’s size and interiors. Luckily, they’re not lost while looking for the teacher’s room.

When they found the room, Tecchou was the one who knocked on the door and opened it first. “Excuse me! We’re the representative ability users from Yokohama that were sent here.”

All eyes were turned on them and all activities inside the room before stopped.

The first person who replied to them was a woman with spiky dark purple hair and sky blue eyes. “Yeah yeah, you can sit here first while I’ll call the principal to come here.”

The room's atmosphere is awkward when the trio from Hunting Dogs sit at the sofa, but it was breaked by the sound of principal Nedzu.

“Hello! Am I a dog or a mouse? I am principal Nedzu!!” The three of them were shocked to see that UA’s principal is not a human but a mammal.

Of course they already know about quirk mutation, but seeing a talking mammal in front of you when it’s not usual in your home is something else.

“Greetings principal Nedzu. We are the ability users sent by the Special Division for Unusual Powers. My name is Jouno Saigiku, this man beside me is Tecchou Suehiro, and the man beside him is Tachihara Michizou.”

Noises immediately fill the room as they’re curious with the ability users. If Jouno winces because of the noises, no one but one person beside him realizes it.

“What’s your ability?”

“How old are you guys? You looked so young??”
“What organization are you from?”

Tecchou stepped up while raising the sword he was carrying, but he did not let go of the scabbard.

“Please calm down, I will answer all of your questions. Jouno here is sensitive to hearings so don’t be too loud.” Everyone’s voice quickly got lower after that.

“First of all, my name is Suehiro Tecchou and I’m 20. Jouno here is 21 and Tachihara is 19. We are from Hunting Dogs, a special military division made by the government.”

Everyone was surprised with his revelation about which organization they are from.  They were expecting the people from the Armed Detective Agency because they're detectives and UA trying to find out who’s the traitor inside UA.

“My ability is Plums Blossoms in Snow. I can increase the shape, size, and length of my sword. I have never tested its limits so I don’t really know.”

“Hi I’m Tachihara Michizou. You already know my age right. Uh, my ability is Midwinter Memento. Basically I can manipulate any metal objects, but not a big object like a jet plane.”

Everyone’s eyes quickly fall to Jouno now because he’s the last one to introduce himself. Jouno just stays still until Tecchou jabs his stomach with his sword hilt.

“Like Tecchou said before, I’m Jouno Saigiku and my ability is Priceless Tears. I can manipulate and disintegrate my body into particles and slip through any gap. I can also atomize my bodies so I cannot be affected by guns and swords.”

The UA teachers are more shocked with Jouno’s statement because does that mean Jouno is invincible? They can’t imagine if Jouno became a villain and wreaked havoc in the city.

The room was silent because they knew the UA teachers had another question. Then a person with a gray bar shaped body decided to ask their question. “Sorry if this question may seem sensitive, but why do you close your eyes?” Everyone immediately stiffed out.

When Jouno doesn’t seem bothered, they relax a bit. “Oh it’s because I’m blind so there’s not really a point for me to open them anyway. That’s also why I have a keen sense of hearing and smell. I can even hear your heartbeat so please don’t lie to me cause I know if you’re lying.”

His tone went dark and menacing at the end that many people in the room shivered in fear.

STAB

“OW! I told you to stop doing that!” Tachihara snickered when Tecchou pulled his sword from Jouno's shoe. That snickered stop when a capture tape wrapped around Tecchou's hand and pulled him away from Jouno. "Excuse me, what are you doing Mr. I don’t know your name?"

"Aizawa. I don't care how strong you are, but I don't tolerate people who hurt their partner." Hearing that, Tachihara paled and stuttered.

"U-uh it's okay Aizawa-san. Us Hunting Dogs are used to their behavior. They're not fighting."

Aizawa only glared at Tecchou and tightened his hold on the capture tape.

"Jouno-san?"

Everyone tensed when Jouno walks closer to Aizawa and Tecchou. Some of them even went into fighting positions. Jouno grabbed the capture tape Aizawa was holding and smiled menacingly.

"Excuse me Aizawa-san. Will you let go of this idiot here? I understand that our behavior might seem weird to you heroes but this is how we treat each other at the Hunting Dogs." When Aizawa didn't let go of the capture tape, Jouno only smiled even wider. Tachihara can only smile apologetically at the other teachers who are watching.

"I just want to let you know that we Hunting Dogs are stronger than most of you here, and no I am not exaggerating. Even this idiot here can defeat you right now but he won't because of his stupid ideal of justice."

After a few seconds, Aizawa lets go of the capture tape and Jouno pulls Tecchou to stand beside Tachihara. "Um, if you don't mind me asking. Why do you think that ability users are more powerful than us?" Jouno hummed and walked in front of All Might.

"It's simple, really. First is that ability itself is way stronger than quirk. Of course there are also weak abilities but it doesn't matter because all of you rely  too much on your quirk."

Murmurs immediately filled the room but it stopped when Jouno raised his forefinger to be in front of All Might's left eye.

"All of you act like you lose everything you have because you can't use your quirk when you still have your hands and legs attached to your bodies." Jouno lowered his forefinger to All Might's left chest.

"Not to mention your morality. All of you view the world as black and white without acknowledging the existence of gray. Most of the people from Yokohama have gray morales. We don't hesitate to hurt or kill people who want to destroy Yokohama."

Shivers went inside every UA's teacher in the room as Jouno spoke with a serious face without his signature smirk. Present Mic who was clearly disagreeing with his opinion immediately shouts.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY WON'T HESITATING TO HURT AND KILL PEOPLE???"

The Hunting Dogs winced at the loud voice while the teachers didn't even flinch because they are used to Present Mic's antics. Jouno went back to stand between Tachihara and Tecchou.

"Oh right I haven't told all of you this but I'm actually an ex-criminal executive. I also love to torture people when interrogating them." Shouting quickly fills the room as the teachers voiced their opinion on not wanting to work with an ex-criminal.

Nedzu, who was keeping silent from their introduction, finally opened his mouth. "Silent everyone. Please don't forget that I asked you to welcome them as they are already willing to help us." As if it was in a movie, everyone quickly shut their mouths.

Then Nedzu stands on the table in front of Tachihara. "I must remind you that Yokohama has a different culture with us and all of them work together even if they're criminal or non-criminal."

Suddenly it was like a bulb appeared above Tecchou's head when he suddenly remembered something. "Right, we need to go now." Jouno raises his right eyebrows while Tachihara looks at Tecchou like he is looking at a math equation.

Tecchou pulled out his phone and showed his chat room with a certain person to Tachihara and Jouno.

"HUH??"

"Please do tell me what he was showing because I can't see it.”

Snickers filled the room as Jouno was stating his obvious statement about his blindness.

"Jouno-san you won't believe this! Tecchou-san is friends with Chuuya-san from the Port Mafia! Chuuya-san even asked for wine from Musutafu so he could try it." Jouno frowned at Tachihara's statement before shaking his head.

"Before you ask, I got to be his friend while we fought against Fukuchi. We managed to exchange numbers after we defeated him." Everyone was appalled by how easy it was for Tecchou to be friends with a mafia man who is obviously a criminal while he worked in the government.

The trio were deciding to leave when Nedzu stopped them. "Before you leave I want to ask you to come again tomorrow because you can start to go undercover inside the UA. The three of you will work in Aizawa's class and tell them that you are from Yokohama and that you are Hunting Dogs, but you don't need to tell them the truth about the purpose of your arrival." Aizawa sighed as if he already knew that the trio would do their work in his class.

"It's not undercover then. Won't the traitor report it?" Nedzu merely chuckles and pat Tachihara's knee.

"There's no need to worry. In Class 1-A's eyes, you are going to be their bodyguard because of the constant villain attack on them." Jouno took his Hunting Dogs hat off to ruffle his hair. "We're doing babysit duty now huh. Let's just hope they will behave because I don't like kids."
