Shuichi, a fanboy of the infamous Hero Killer: Stain, finds himself trying to follow in his footsteps. But instead he signed away an unspecified amount of his life on someone he has almost no information on.
Tomura, the leader of the League of Villains, he tries to find a way to defeat the Hero Killer in his own game, but nothing he has tried overtops the newspapers only focusing on the Hero Killer. So, he takes matters into his own hands. But he needs an ally first, someone he can trust, someone who trusts him too.
