Out of something like curiosity, Xue Yang used his bare hand to run down the front of Xiao Xingchen’s chest. “Ah, Daozhang.” He sighed. “Your skin is incredibly soft.” He muttered, near seconds away from drooling into the bath.
Xue Yang smoothed his hand over the side of Xiao Xingchen’s body. He told himself he was washing the unconscious man and stopped only when he noticed Xiao Xingchen’s breath had become heavier and somewhat uneven.
“Daozhang?” He asked, taking his hand from the water.
Xiao Xingchen’s head turned to the voice in alarm.
He was awake!

IT TOOK ME MONTHS, LITERALLY MONTHS TO FINISH THIS BECAUSE BY ACCIDENT, SOMEWHERE HALFWAY, I OPENED THE LAST CHAPTER AND SPOILERED MYSELF THE END. I HAD TO READ THIS KNOWING HOW IT END AND NOW I'M CRYING, MY EYES ARE BURNING, AND WHY I DIDN'T NOTICE THESE ANGST TAGS BEFORE? 😭😭😭
