Yuuri let out a sigh that he hoped would be discreet and decided to let the storm pass. In any case, once Wolfram was launched...
"You do not realize! Your attitude is unworthy of a sovereign! You have to set an example, not to fool around with the first person who comes along while you are engaged! To me"!
He would have tried to justify himself, to explain to him that he was imagining things and that no, he wasn't just a vile, unfaithful flirt, but he knew by habit that Wolfram wouldn't listen to him. It was easier to wait for the storm to pass, for Wolfram to catch his breath.
"Think about your reputation and that of the kingdom! Do you think you can be credible in your alliances by being so fickle?"
Yuuri wrinkled his nose and squinted his eyes.
"Really, you don't realize! Unless you do it on purpose! You don't even have good taste! If you didn't want these gi... what are you doing?"
Wolfram froze. Yuuri had come closer without him realizing it, and he looked focused as he slowly raised his hand to him.
"Don't move..." said the dark-haired man gently.
"Yu... Yuuri?"
His fiancé's thumb and forefinger brushed his left cheekbone and Wolfram's face flushed.
"You had an eyelash..." Yuuri smiled.
He blew on his index finger and the blond eyelash flew away.
"Excuse me," he said, still smiling. "You were saying?"
Wolfram opened his mouth and then closed it again.
"Hm... well... we should get back to the reception before everyone wonders where we went..."
Cheeks still colored, Wolfram turned stiffly on his heels and began to walk away. Yuuri cocked his head to the side. Wolfram was surprisingly cute when he blushed... Next time he'd manage to find a hair sticking out, and the next...
Yuuri smiled and ran after his fiancé.
He had imagination, he was sure to find other ways to silence Wolfram...
