Macaque held the bleeding and broken body of his oldest companion in arms tightly, tears flooding from his eyes.
"YOUR IMMORTAL! THIS ISN'T FUNNY WUKONG WAKE UP!" He screamed, but his please fell upon deaf ears.

"You can't leave me now! I only just got you back!" Golden blood was pooling on the floor, and he couldn't make it stop.

"I NEED YOU! PLEASE!" Those eyes, once brighter than the sun itself... were now empty and cold.

"Please-" He held Wukong's body closer as he chocked back a sob.

He buried his face in fluffy amber fur, "don't go." His desperate cries didn't matter. Sun Wukong was dead and gone and there was nothing Liu Er Mihou could do to change that, no matter how much he wanted to.
