“What do you want with the armor?” Lloyd demanded, backing away from the ghost.
“The armor’s nice, but it’s not the only thing I want to possess,” Morro chuckled, admiring his new outfit.
“What else do you want?” Lloyd stepped into his stance, prepared for a fight, although he didn’t know how much damage he’d be able to do to the spirit.
“You!”
Morro rushed forward with an unearthly howl, straight for Lloyd. He felt the exact moment the ghost entered his body, pushing the ninja’s consciousness out of the way to make room for his own.
He was suffocating, drowning in his own head as Morro struggled to consume him. A burning cold spread through his body, making him gasp. He could feel Morro forcing him out of his own body, shoving him violently to the side.
Lloyd was still fighting for control, but he was so, so cold . His limbs went numb as the ghost sapped his energy, and he could feel himself slipping further and further away. He let out an involuntary cry of pain as Morro completely took over, forcing him back.
Lloyd’s scream echoed through the museum, leaving him weak and trapped. A prisoner in his own mind.
“You are so annoyingly powerful, ninja,” Morro remarked, studying his new physical form. “You put up a good fight, but we both know I’m better than you. I should’ve been the Green Ninja. And now, I am.”
He stepped over the night watchman’s unconscious body and strode confidently out of the museum, pulling the location of Wu’s tea shop from Lloyd’s memories. I’m going to enjoy this.

“You’d fight someone unarmed?” Kai panted, backing up against the railing of the vehicle.
“That’s a good question.” Morro stopped for a moment, then grinned and raised the Sword of Sanctuary again. “Yes!”
Lloyd struggled to break free of the ghost’s control, but he couldn’t. He could only watch in horror as Morro plunged the sword into Kai’s gut.
Kai gasped, looking down at the wound, then back up at Morro. “Lloyd, I know you’re in there!” He cried out in pain as Morro yanked the sword out of him. “Fight him off!”
Lloyd was helpless, trapped as he watched Kai, his teammate, his brother , bleeding out by his hand. The sound of Morro’s laughter coming from Lloyd’s mouth pierced through his ringing ears as the ghost prepared to stab Kai again. Seeing it from Morro’s perspective, standing over Kai, preparing to hurt him again, enjoying it , ignited an inferno of rage in Lloyd. No one hurts my family.
He mustered all his strength, summoning the power from deep inside him, his emotions fueling him. His fear of Kai dying, his fear of Morro, the fear he felt being trapped in his own mind. His overwhelming guilt that this, everything, was all his fault. His anger at Morro, at Wu for not telling him, but most of all, his anger at himself.
“GET OUT!” Lloyd screamed, his anger and grief fueling him. A massive shockwave of green energy blasted Morro out of his body, launching the ghost fifty feet off the ship, and more importantly, away from Kai.
Lloyd dropped to his knees next to his brother, unable to stop the tears from coming. “Kai, I’m so sorry. It’s my fault, I did this, I hurt you!”
“It’s not your fault, Lloyd. You didn’t do this, Morro did. You couldn’t control it.” Kai coughed, blood spattering on the deck. “Hey, at least my gi’s red, right?”
“Kai, shut up and conserve your strength,” Lloyd ordered, trying to keep his composure. He began to wrap Kai’s wound, tearing strips off his gi. “We’re going to get you back to the Bounty and- and Sensei’s going to fix this. It’ll be okay.”
“LLOYD!” Morro shouted from where he had been thrown, struggling to his feet. “You’ll regret that, you little-”
Lloyd rose, stopping Morro dead in his tracks. Even at full strength, the ninja hadn’t looked like anything special. But now…
His fists were clenched by his sides, green energy swirling around them. In fact, a halo of energy surrounded his whole body. The Green Ninja glared at Morro with glowing green eyes, tears streaming down his face. He took a step towards the ghost, who instinctively flinched back. “ No one hurts my family.”
He summoned his elemental dragon to take Kai back to the Bounty, then turned his attention back to Morro. “And as for you…”
The ghost managed a sneer. “What? You gonna blast me to bits? How do you know that would even work?”
“No. I’m going to bring you back to Sensei Wu. He’ll decide what to do with you.” Lloyd spotted his dragon flying above them and gave a tired smile. “Perfect timing.”
“You can’t make me go back to Wu! I’d rather die. He lied to me my whole life,” Morro said indignantly, turning away from Lloyd.
“Yeah, well, you’re already dead. Let’s go.” Lloyd jabbed Morro in the back, making sure he didn’t try to run off on the way to the Bounty.
