Summary
Richard and Cecile are characters from the artist Dickishly. Richard is a creepy 6'2 pale neet who spends his days in his families mansion playing video games and beating off. Cecile is a 5'2 woman who for a long chunk of her life was bullied for her weight, leading to her falling to disorders and depression. How Richard and Cecile met is still not clear but they became friends not long after both left high school. This is my interpretation of the two, which is I think significantly more wholesome than probably intended.
