Blizzards in Victoria... There is not too much to be said about this natural phenomenon - it's pretty common in the land of terra, just somewhere it is more harsh than in other places.
Nomadic cities in Victoria rarely suffer really much from blizzards, but victorian countryside do. Once it starts, civilians hide in their cosy houses, waiting for a disaster to finish; they fire up the stove, prepare a hot cup of green tea, and, even despite the chaos happening outside, try to enjoy the inner peace and warm...In the hard moments even enemies try to settle down their never-ending(or not) conflicts, maybe trying to work together to reach a solution.
