Summary
Erwin Smith is nearing thirty and has yet to settle down with anyone. The only person he's ever fallen in love with is getting married in the spring, and Erwin will be the best man instead of the groom. Instead of the nice house in the suburbs he's always wanted he lives in an apartment on a congested street. He spends his days the same way every week, every month, every year.
Things start to change when he's put in charge of a new intern at work though. They start to change rapidly and out of his control. The mundane routine fraying around him, his mind suddenly filled with thoughts he's ashamed of. Thoughts he'd be terrified to admit to anyone. Lately all he can think about is how badly he wants to take the young college intern home and steal away the last of the boy's innocence.
