Caelus, March, and Welt were supposed to get out from the train, but they are stopped when Pom Pom walked into the Parlor chasing a little robot. What? "Hey. Get back here. You are an unauthorized passenger" the Conductor shouted trying to catch the small flying robot. The robot finally stopped when it was in front of Dan Heng.
"Important message for Dan Heng ", the robot said followed by a beep. Looking closer at the robot they all could see that it looked familiar with the ones that are spread in Herta Space Station.
"What? What message?"Dan Heng asked confused and a little bit surprised.
"More importantly. How did you get on my train"Pom Pom shouted revolted.
"Important message for Dan Heng"It repeated followed by "Accept or Decline". Dan Heng didn't really know what to do. He was worried about what kind of message it might be. And maybe a little bit scared. What by some chance it's was tied to his past. It showing here of all the time, when they were on Xianzhou, couldn't be a coincidence. "Important message for Dan Heng. Accept or Decline" Dan Heng was about to open his mouth to Decline it, but he was stopped by March's voice.
"Accept it", she said and Dan Heng had forgotten about the others. He looked at March and he was not surprised to see that she was curious about the mysterious message. Caelus is the same. While Himeko and Welt looked more on guard than curious.
Dan Heng sighed. "Alright. I accept it." Immediately he said that the robot screen glowed and a holographic screen appeared in front of him. The others moved closer to him, looking at the blank screen.
"Ah. That's it? Is this some kind of joke?"March asked disappointed. She really hoped that the secret message was something adventurous and interesting. Not a blank screen.
"Maybe it needs a little nudge", Caelus said and whacked the robot on the head a couple of times. It worked with the Curio back on the Space Station. Who says that it won't work with the robot as well? The robot made a buzzing noise and Caelus was afraid that he might have broke it. But then it spoke again.
"Video Recording. Footage No1. Destination: Xianzhou Loufu. Time: Unknown" Xianzhou Loufu. It's exactly what Dan Heng was afraid of off. Must have something to do with his past. Before he could do something the footage appeared on the screen. There were two men in an office. One of them he recognized as General Jing Yuan. But the other. And the other. He looked exactly like the man in his dreams. Only that his clothes were more light colored and his hair was blonde or white. Considering the others' gasp of surprise, Dan Heng can only guess that they too are familiar with the second man.

"So Ren. What got you so stressed or anxious so early in the morning?"Jing Yuan asked amused as he looked at his friend pacing back in forth in his office. It was a rare sight to see the man so anxious or worked up about something.
"I wonder if what I will do next, is one of the most stupidest things ever", he said stopping to look at his friend before he started pacing again.
"Knowing you, it could be probably stupid", Jing Yuan said amused and Ren shot him a glare. "But c'mon. How can I help you, if you don't tell me what's wrong."Ren stopped pacing and he took a deep breath before he pulled out a beautiful wooden box with gold and jade carvings on it. He walked to his friend and he opened the box, showing him the content. "No way. Don't tell me that this is what I think it is."
Ren nodded. "Jade braces made by the Vidyadharas clan"
"Ren. You know what means when you give to a Vidyadharas something like this. Right?" Jing Yuan really hopes that his stupid friend knows that giving one of the braces to the Vidyadharas and the other wearing it himself, means proposing to the Dragon.
Ren scoffed at him and he closed the box. "Do you really think that I'm that stupid? I know that this is a proposal"
"Well, I had to make sure that you won't mess up something and hurt both yourself and our dear Prince. Though I'm surprised that you want to move so fast"
"Jing Yuan. We've been together for five years. It's not that fast" True. But for the life of a long-lived 5 years is nothing.
"I don't understand why you are so nervous about it. It's not like he would refuse. He loves you as much as you love him. He would be clearly delighted and would definitely say yes."
A knock was heard at the door before it opened, and in walked a person, dressed in white and green silk clothes. His hair was long and was falling like a waterfall on his back and on top of his head were a pair of azure horns. The person looked regal and like the most beautiful being that Ren had even put his eyes on. "Dan Heng "Jing Yuan said with a smile. "Don't be shy. Do come in"

"STOP" March yelled and both Dan Heng cringed because they were close to her. The girl pointed at the stopped image of Dan Heng before pointing to the Dan Heng beside her. She did that back and forth a couple of times.
"Yes, March. That's me."
"How. Why?.. How. You look so different "She said and Dan Heng sighed. He knew that one day this day where the others would find out about his original appearance. It's not like he was trying to hide something. Just that... On his ship many Vidyadharas are discriminated and other people make fun of them for the sole reason that they don't have parents. They target mostly the kids with that. But even grown suffer from that a lot. And even he, as a Prince he hasn't escaped from that situation. Most of his memories from back there are fuzzy. But watching this video made him remember about a few times when some of the assholes who spoke badly behind his back, got their nose broken by both the General and the man that he was supposed to marry. And he vaguely remembers being annoyed with their actions but secretly feeling warm and happy at their gesture.
"I'm a Vidyadharas from Xianzhou. The form you saw in the video is how I look really. This human form is something that I use to hide. Better look like a human than a dragon that everyone stares at."
"But why you didn't tell us"March whined. "We are your family"
"March. "Welt said seriously. "Dan Heng has no obligation to tell us everything that he's not comfortable about. "Welt turned to Dan Heng and his voice become softer. "Don't worry Dan Heng. You don't own us any explanation"
"Thank you"
"But what I'm concerned is about your relationship with the Stellaron Hunter." And not because he would betray and join the Hunters. Only that he doesn't want for the boy to be hurt by that man. That's all.
Dan Heng frowned and he pinched his nose. "I don't remember pretty much anything from my time there for some reason. But looking at this, I can tell that it was before he was a Hunter. Back then he was one of the kindest and gentle people ever."
"I understand. Shall we go back to the footage "Dan Heng nodded and he started the video again.

"Ren. Jing Yuan. What's going on? I received a message saying to come here because it's urgent "Dan Heng said as he walked into the office and he closed the door.
"Well Dan Heng. Ren here has something very important to ask you, "he said as he wrapped an arm around Ren's shoulders, who as Dan Heng looked closely at him, looked pretty nervous.
"Alright. What is it? Are you alright?" he asked worried.
"I... I have something for you "Ren said and because he was staying in place Jing Yuan shoved him forward toward Dan Heng. "You don't need to accept it. I know that it's too soon and I promise that I won't be upset if you refuse it. We will be back to how were before this happened. You can even forget about it."
Dan Heng chuckled. "Ren. Take a breath. What's gotten into you all of a sudden? You are not usually this nervous" he said amused and Ren cleared his throat blushing embarrassed.
"Right. I apologize. "He took a deep breath and gained enough courage to look up at the beauty in his front of him. "Dan Heng. You are the most precious person in my life. You are the light of my life. You brightened my whole existence the first time I saw you. And I can't imagine my life without you. Because I know that it would be one full of pain and darkness. I want to be together with you forever. That's why I asked for this to be made "Ren said as he pulled out the box and opened it, showing him the pair of Jade braces.
Dan Heng's eyes widened when his eyes landed on them. He was already taken by surprise by the other man's words. He never expected that he would pull this out. "Ren. This... You know what this are"
"Yes. I know. That's why I asked them to be made. Like I said. I want to be together with you forever. And that's why I ask you to marry me" he said and the room was enflunged in silence. Ren could feel his heart drop in his stomach when Dan Heng didn't say anything. Maybe it was really too soon for this. "It's alright. Like I said. You can refuse."
"Yes"
"What?"
"Yes. I will marry you"Dan Heng said with a smile and for a second Ren thought that he was dreaming. But he wasn't. It was real and his beloved said yes. Ren pulled out the braces from the box and put one on Dan Heng's hand, the dragon took the other and put it on Ren's arm. After that, Ren grabbed his beloved fiance and kissed him before he hugged him tightly and spun around the room.
"Congratulations you two"Jing Yuan said with a smile as he made his presention known again. "Told you that he would say yes, Ren", he said walking to his two friends and clapping Ren on the arm. "Now. I hope that you would let me organize the wedding"

"Footage No. 1 ended, "The robot said which was followed by March blowing her nose.
"This was so beautiful," She said as she wiped her eyes. Himeko looked amused as she patted her back, though she wasn't far on starting to tear up as well. So was Dan Heng. But in his situation because he saw something that he had lost long ago. Something that he longed for and he knew that he won't get it back.
"This was beautiful. What I don't understand is why Blade had changed so much. Why is he a Stellaron Hunter now?"Caelus asked confused. What made him change so drastically? He doesn't know Blade not now or then. But if he's a Stellaron Hunter that means that he's a criminal. And in that footage, he doesn't look like one. Another question is how everything was recorded in the first place. Well. He got an answer to that. There must be some security cameras in the office that recorded everything.
" Footage No 2 starting, "The robot said and everyone's attention turned to the screen. "Location: Xianzhou Loufu. Date: Unknown

This time the room in the footage was a bedroom. Must have been Dan Heng and Blade's room. In the bedroom, they were the two of them and it doesn't look happy.
"Ren" Dan Heng said trying to reach his fiance who was holding his head in pain.
"Don't fucking touch me, you selfish bastard" Ren shouted angrily as he shoved Dan Heng away. The man groaned as he stumbled backward against a wall. He can't believe that the person he loved the most. His beloved had the heart to curse him with immortality. To turn him into a monster. He thought that he loved him. He was wrong. He was a selfish bastard after all. Gods. He was in pain both mentally and physically. He feel like he would die any second.
"Ren. You have to believe me. It wasn't me. I swear. Please"Dan Heng pleaded as he tried to reach his fiance once again. But this time the man swung his blade at him and cut him across his forearm.
"Shut your damn mouth and keep your filthy hands away from me," Ren said and he removed his hand from his head and he looked at Dan Heng. This time his expression wasn't one betray. Instead, it was cold and crazed. "You better remember this. You can run. But you can't hide. One day I will hunt you down till the end of the Universe and make you pay for this. "He said before he stumbled out of the room.
Left alone in the bedroom, Dan Heng collapsed on the bed, his arms wrapped around himself, hugging himself as he cried. He can't believe that something like this happened. He had lost the person he loved the most. Lost him forever because of something that he hasn't done. The room was enflunged in the dragon heartbreaking sobbing without anyone to soothe his crying.
After what felt like an eternity the bedroom door opened and a man peeked inside the room for a second before he walked away. He returned minutes later with a steaming cup of tea. "Your Highness", the man said nervously. "Have...Have some tea. It would help" he said and handed the cup to the Dragon Prince, hoping that he would take it and drink it.
Dan Heng reached out a hand and he took the cup and drank the tea slowly. At first, nothing happened. The tea was tasting the same. Was the usual herbal one. But at some point, his head started to hurt and he feel dizzy. Dan Heng gasped and he dropped the cup, which shattered on the ground, as he grabbed his head.
"What...What did you do?" he asked through his clenched teeth pain. The man didn't answer and Dan Heng feel like he was losing his consciousness. Before he was swallowed by darkness he looked at the man to see him gazing maliciously at him.

"Footage No 2 ended. No more footage"The robot said.
"But... But then what happened?"March asked sniffing. Dan Heng was pretty sure that if he looked at everyone, they all looked on the verge of crying. If not they aren't already.
"After I woke up I have forgotten everything. I woke up with some accusation placed on me about things that I don't even remember doing and banished"
"You clearly hadn't done anything. Someone had played you"Caelus said as he wiped his eyes before he looked at his friend. Looking at him, hurt because he looked so distraught and in pain. He was fighting off tears because he doesn't want to be vulnerable.
Dan Heng nodded before he turned away and he walked to the couch where he sat down and he dropped his face in his hands. March and Caelus looked at each other before they walked to Dan Heng.
"Dan Heng," March said softly. The boy didn't say anything. But soon enough they heard muffled cries coming from him, his body shaking. "Aww. Dan Heng. Don't cry" March said as she dropped herself on his left side with Caelus on his right side. "It's ok. It's alright", she said as she and Caelus hugged him tightly against them. Though they doubt that. The relationship he and Blade had was a beautiful healthy and happy one. That has been ruined by someone and it can't probably be fixed anymore. Both March and Caelus tried their best to calm down their friend. The girl shushed him as she rubbed his back and then rocked him back and forth.
"Dan Heng" Himeko spoke at some point. Dan Heng lifted his head to look at the woman who was still in front of the footage with Welt. "Can you come here a little, please?" she asked softly. He nodded as he pried himself from his friends' arms and he walked to Himeko and Welt. "Look", she said pointing at the screen that was split in two with both footage stopped. "After we saw the second footage I thought that I saw something familiar. I went through the footage again and saw this"She pointed to the man who gave him that tea in the second footage. Then she went to the first one and zoomed at the office door that was cracked open. Out of focus, you could easily not observe anything. But stopped and zoomed on the door, it was evident that a man was peeking inside with a clearly unpleased expression. "I don't know about you. But both of them look the same. They are the same person. It made me wonder if that's the one who poisoned both of you"
"I don't know if he's really him," Dan Heng said as he rubbed his forehead. It can be a coincidence. Who knows. "And I can't even remember who he was"
"Based on the footage he was probably someone who worked for you. Dan Heng"Himeko looked at Welt and the man nodded before she turned her attention back to the boy. "Blade's on Xianzhou Loufu now. You can take this footage..."
"No"
"But"
"Himeko. Blade's a dangerous person right now. Everyone can be in danger because of him. He's not the same anymore. Showing him this won't do anything" he said and before Himeko or Welt could say anything, Dan Heng turned around and he walked out from the Parlor.
"We tried, "Welt said putting a hand on Himeko's shoulder. "We can't force him to do something that he doesn't want to. March. Caelus. We wasted enough time. Let's prepare on going on Loufu "

When Himeko walked into the archives a while later after The Trailblazers group left for Xianzhou, she found Dan Heng there reading some archives. Or pretending to read them. He has probably read everything there was there. But he wants to do something to take his mind off what he has seen. "Hey", Himeko said softly as she leaned against the doorframe. Dan Heng hummed sign that he acknowledged her presence and he was listening. "I let you know that the others had left already. "
"I figured it out, "Dan Heng said without turning to face.
"Dan Heng"Himeko started but she was stopped by the boy, who finally turned around. And by the Akivili. He looked terrible. His face was pale. There were tears streaks marks on his face and his eyes were bloodshot.
"No. Himeko. I know what you want to say. And my answer is no"
"But why? No." she raised a hand to stop Dan Heng from speaking. She walked in front of the boy and grasped his face. "The reason why you don't want to show this to Blade is not because he won't listen or believe. Maybe a little. But you can be persuasive. But because you are afraid. And you think that running around from your past is safer. But"She lifted the boy's face and wiped away his tears with her thumbs."Dan Heng. Believe me. Running away and trying to avoid your past would only make you suffer. You have the chance to make everything right. Use that chance. Profit of it. Don't ignore it. Because it would only hurt more"
"I.."Was Himeko right? Can he really make everything right? Would Blade even believe him or think that it wasn't a forgery? He guesses that he can only find out if he gains enough courage to go after him. Which would take a while because he can be anywhere on Loufu. "You are right Himeko. I will go after him"
"That's my boy", she said ruffling his hair. "I downloaded the footage and I will have it sent on your phone. Also" she sighed. The others and Pom Pom would not be happy about what she was about to propose. "If everything goes well between you two. And if he promise that he would behave. I guess you can bring him to the Express. And come and visit from time to time"Dan Heng's eyes widened when he heard that. "But.. You would have to hang out in the Parlor with the others. Also if he really wants to stay overnight, please think about choosing a normal room, instead of the archives. Also, the room must be close to mine. And keep the door open. No funny business. Also, he would definitely get a shovel talk from me and everyone else "
"Himeko "Dan Heng groaned flushing embarrassed as he covered his face. But there was also a smile on his face as well.
"Alright. I will let you prepare for your journey. Make sure that you come back and stay safe"
"Alright. I promise. And Himeko?"
"Hmh?
"Thank you"
"No problem kid. Anything for family" she said with a smile.

After he had finished preparing, Dan Heng left the train with a last goodbye to Himeko and Pom Pom and a promise that he would be back. When he got off the train, he realized how quiet it was around him. Even though the place was his home, it feel foreign to him. He pulled out his phone and tried to text Caelus to see if he and the others are alright. But his message wasn't sent. "Weird", he said with a frown before he pocketed his phone and started walking. He really doesn't know from where to start looking for Blade. The Starship is big. Starskiff Heaven is out of the question. That place was the most populated one and Blade won't go somewhere where he would easily be spotted.
As he was trying to decide where to go, Dan Heng heard some noise, and when he went to investigate he saw two people that were surrounded by Mara-struck soldiers. He didn't hesitate to go and help them and together manage to destroy them. And that's how he gained two companions. A Cloud Knight, Sushang, and a merchant Luocha. Even though he was planning on having this journey alone, if he didn't meet with his friends, he could admit that having the two with him was nice. Unfortunately, they were going to Starskiff Heaven and yet he still found himself following them there.
"Hey. I'm surprised to see you here. I thought that you would be asleep now. The last battle was exhausting" Dan Heng turned from where he was watching outside from the balcony, to see Luocha leaning against the railing against him. The three of them were staying in an inn for the night before they would continue their journey.
"I can't feel like sleeping. Too much on my mind" Blade. And as well his friends from whom he hasn't gotten any answers from since morning. He hopes that he's alright. "Shouldn't I ask you the same thing "
"Well I guess that I have the same problem as you, "Loucha said with a lazy smile as he gazed at the moonlight. "The night and moon are so beautiful tonight "
Dan Heng hummed as he looked up. It was really beautiful and one of the few memories that he recovered, made him remember about basking in the moonlight with Blade. His hand moved unconsciously and he rubbed his fingers on the Jade brace on his hand. "Oh. That's the first time I saw that on you"Luocha said breaking Dan Heng from his thoughts the blonde man reached a hand to touch the brace but Dan Heng jerked his hand away, shielding the gift. "Oh. Don't worry. I wasn't about to take it. I just wanted to see it" he assured him.
"I apologize"
"Don't. It's alright. I should have asked. May I?" Dan Heng hesitated a little before he stretched his arm to Luocha. The man grasped his wrist gently and he looked at the jade jewelry on his arm. "Real Jade. Perfect craftsmanship. Look pretty expensive as well. It must be for someone special "
"It is. He is "Dan Heng said sadly. Or was? Luocha noticed the sad look on Dan Heng's face and made him wonder if something had happened with his beloved. Was he dead? Before he could ask the door to their shared room opened and in walked Sushang.
"Hey, you two. You were supposed to sleep "Sushang scolded them with her hands on her hips.
"Miss Sushang. If we were supposed to sleep then why you walked into our room?"Luocha asked amused. Especially when he saw the embarrassed look on the girl's face.
"I... I... I wanted to make sure that you are asleep "She spluttered. "Now answer the question "
"Neither of us could sleep. Speaking about it. Shouldn't you be asleep as well?"
"As a Cloud Knight, I had to make sure that there was no danger around. Even in a safe place like here, you can never be too sure "Sushang said as she walked towards the other two and squeezed in the middle of them. "So. What you two were talking about?"
Luocha looked at Dan Heng. It's his choice if he wants to tell her too as well. Dan Heng sighed and he showed his arm with the brace to Sushang as well. "About this "
"Oh, "The girl said as she grabbed Dan Heng's wrist and looked at the brace. "It's so beautiful. ", She said her eyes sparkling."How did I not see it early? Nevermind. It's very beautiful. Where did you get it from"
"It's from my fiancee. As a proposal "
"You are engaged "Sushang yelled in his face and Dan Heng cringed. Sushang and March are too alike sometimes. "That's so beautiful. Where's your fiance? Shouldn't they be with you? When's the wedding? Can I come?"
"There had been a falling out between us a while ago, "Dan Heng said sadly and Sushang's smile died down... "We split up. There's a long story. But now I'm trying to find him"
"Why did you choose Xianzhou Loufu?"Luocha asked.
"I heard that he's here. But the Starship is large. By the time I learn of his whereabouts, he might not be there anymore. Or already gone "
"You know "Luocha started. "I know some things about these braces. You can share a telepathic bond with your lover with them. If he still wears his as well, and focus enough you can sense him and find him. "
"Really?"Dan Heng asked as he looked hopeful at the man. Luocha nodded. Now he feels stupid. These things are made by his people but he knows nothing about them. Maybe that's because of his memory loss. "But do try tomorrow. And I guess that it's time for us to try and rest"

"So. Where to know?"Sushang asked stretching as she walked in front of Dan Heng and Luocha. Dan Heng was thinking about what Luocha had told him last night. About focusing on his braces. But no matter how much he has tried, he couldn't feel anyone. Not even his body heat. Maybe that thing was just a rumor.
"Towards the Alchemy District," Dan Heng answered as he tested on his phone.
"Oh. With whom are you talking? Is he him?" the girl asked as she moved closer trying to peek at Dan Heng's phone.
"No," Dan Heng said as he shoved her head away. He also heard Luocha calling Sushang too noisy for her own good. "I talked with a friend. He and our other friends would be there as well. I thought about meeting up with them"
"Oh, "Luocha looked at him curiously. "But I thought that you want to look for your fiance"
"He's right. What? Your friends can't manage on their own without you?"
Dan Heng fought hard to not show amusement in his voice and on his face. His new friends looked more excited about meeting his fiance than him finding him. "Change of plans. Also, I tried what you told me last night, Luocha. No luck. I guess that he doesn't wear it anymore "
"Aww man, "Sushang said disappointed. "And when I was looking forward to meeting Silent but Deadly fiance. I wanted to know what kind of man he is "
'Trust me. You don't. Especially now'Dan Heng thought before he grabbed her by the scruff. "Let's go. We are wasting time ", he said dragging a protesting Cloud Knight after him and an amused Luocha.
Thanks to Sushang who managed to talk the Cloud Knights, who didn't want to let them leave, they managed to get a Starskiff towards the Alchemy District. He had texted the Astral Group Chat to let the others know that he would be there in a couple of hours before he pulled his phone away and leaned against the seat. The ride there was a smooth and soothing one. On the way there Dan Heng tried to see if he can feel Blade again. But nothing. At least his going to the Xianzhou after all was not a waste. He would meet with his friends and help them. And on the way there he actually made two new friends. He actually could imagine March's incredulous face upon learning that he made two friends by himself.
Two hours later they were there. The journey ended too fast for his liking. Dan Heng jumped from the Starskiff and he frowned as he looked around. " Something wrong?"Luocha asked from his side.
"I guess. It's quieter than I expected. Be on guard" he told Luocha and Sushang as he summoned his spear and he walked inside the District. It didn't take more than a few steps before he come face to face with him. "You," Dan Heng said surprised as he gaze at the dark-haired man, dressed in black. His eyes were red piercing and cold. A smirk played on his lips.
"I know you, "Sushang said moving forward and she pointed the sword at the man. "You are that guy. Blade. The Wanted Stellaron Hunter. I thought that you were arrested. How did you escape? And what did you do here"
"I don't owe you any explanation, Cloud Knight. Also, I didn't do anything. My business here is only with him"Blade said as he pointed the sword at Dan Heng.
'You.."
"Sushang. Stand down" Dan Heng said and the girl looked surprised at him.
"What? "
"Stand down. Both you and Loucha "
"I understand. So he's the one"Loucha said immediately figuring out that Dan Heng's fiance was the Hunter. Sushang hadn't caught on yet but the blonde grabbed her arm and pulled her back.
"Blade. Your name is Blade. Right?"Dan Heng said as he moved closer. "The man in my nightmares"
"Oh. That's the only thing that you remember about me? I'm hurt"The man said and he didn't sound hurt at all. "Not that would matter once I will be done with you. Make you pay for everything"
"Wait," Dan Heng said when Blade was preparing to attack. He threw his spear away. "I don't want to fight you"
"Like I care what you want. I said that you pay and I will keep my word"
"Please. I want to show you something. If you still want to kill me after I will let you"Dan Heng pleaded and Blade was tempted to not listen. But an old forgotten part of him in the end won against the desire to kill the dragon I'm front of him right now.
"Fine. Show me" He said and Dan Heng sighed relieved. He pulled out his phone and pulled out the footage before he handed the phone to Blade. In the beginning, Blade was confused. Why was Dan Heng showing a video about his proposal? Was trying to change his mind, like he hadn't betrayed him, by showing him that? If yes. It doesn't work. The fact that the next footage was when he was betrayed didn't make it better. But.. This time he saw something that he wasn't aware of before. That man gave Dan Heng a drink that left him unconscious.
"That man. He was on the day of the proposal as well" Dan Heng said as he showed him a picture of the first footage. And he was right. He was there looking malicious in the background. He turned back to the first footage only to make sure that the picture was not faked. And it wasn't. Because when he focused on the background he could see him moving there. What was the meaning of this? Was Dan Heng saying the truth back then? Was he really not the one who made him a monster?
"The man? Who is he?"Blade asked as he clenched the phone in his hand until it started to crack.
Dan Heng shook his head as he moved closer to Blade. For a second he saw Blade's eyes landing on his arm where the brace was and his eyes widen in surprise before turning back to normal. "I don't know. I don't have many memories from the past anymore. I think that for the drink he gave me. He was probably someone who worked for me. But even I don't remember. I promise that I didn't tell him to do anything"
Blade threw the phone away and he put a hand on Dan Heng's shoulder. "Of course, you don't remember anything. That fool sealed you" he said before pulling out the sword and stabbing him before the others can warn him.
"No."Sushang and Luocha said as Dan Heng stumbled backward after Blade pulled his sword out. Dan Heng gasped as he fell on his knees on the ground his hand covering his stomach.
"No no no. Silent but Deadly. Dan Heng" Sushang said as she dropped to her knees beside him followed by Luocha. "No", she said as tears started to fall from her eyes.
"Dan Heng. Let me see. Please"Luocha said as his shaky hands tried to remove Dan Heng's hands from his stomach. Weird. His hands never shook before. When Luocha removed his hands he was shocked to not see any blood.
On the other hand, Dan Heng didn't hear them anymore. Couldn't feel anything but pain in his whole body. Especially his head that was exploding because it was assaulted by all the memories that he had lost at once. He saw all the beautiful memories that he had lost, with his friends in the Cloud Knight. And most importantly the one with Blade. From the day that he had meet him. To the moonlight dates and the proposal.
"You," Sushang said angrily as she pointed her sword at Blade. "What did you do with him?"
"Nothing. I just helped him. Now shut up and watch"
Right in front of them, they could see how Dan Heng become to change. He was surrounded by golden swirls that even changed his clothes to more traditional ones with scales patterns. His hair grew longer, cascading on his back. His eyes become sharper, his ears pointy and long and a pair of azure horns grew on top of his head.
"Vidyadharas" Luocha said as he looked at his friend. "I knew that you are more than you look"
"Welcome back Dragon Lord" Blade said as he reached out to Dan Heng who was still on the ground panting. He ignored the others who looked surprised at the title. His whole focus was on Dan Heng.
"Ren?" Dan Heng asked as he took the man's hand and when he was pulled up, he stumbled against the man's chest. "You look different"
Ren snorted. "So did you until now. I guess that you remember everything now?" he asked as he looked at the Dragon who was still leaning against his chest.
Dan Heng hummed. "Give me a minute. I'm getting used to all the memories that have come back all of a sudden" he said as he rubbed his forehead. Ren smiled as he moved one hand he carded his fingers through the long hair and rubbed his scalp. The dragon melted against his touch immediately.
"There. There. You were always so dramatic"
Dan Heng rolled his eyes. "You are acting like you were the only one who didn't act like he was dying from even the smallest injury"
Ren smiled and he moved his hand from Dan Heng's head to his face as he cupped his cheek, running his thumb over Dan Heng's bottom lip. Then he leaned over and he kissed him. And oh. How much he missed kissing that soft sweet lips.
Dan Heng kissed him back for a few seconds before he pulled away. "Wait... You... You believe me?" He believes that he wasn't the one who did it. Right? Or else he wouldn't kiss him. Only if he wants to use that method to hurt him.
"Yes. I was a fool in thinking that you were the one who did it. I promise that I will find that person. And kill him if he's not dead yet. And not for what he did to me. But for what he did to you... I...I'm sorry. I shouldn't have doubted you"
"It's alright. I will probably have done the same thing If I was in your place. "
Ren shook his head. "No. You would have believed me. "
"It doesn't matter anymore," Dan Heng said as he patted Blade's chest. "What's more important is that I got you back," he said with a smile. Blade dived down and he kissed Dan Heng back. His arms wrapped around the dragon's thin waist as he pressed him closer to his body. Dan Heng kissed him back, his arms wrapped around Blade's neck. The kiss turned from a sweet and slow one to a full passionate making-out when Blade stuck his tongue in the dragon's mouth. The noise that Dan Heng was making and his shivering body was making Blade more hungry and desperate. After all, they have years to catch up to. Both of them forgot that they weren't alone until someone cleared his throat.
"I'm glad that you reunited and back together. But I appreciate it if you would go to a more private place if you want to go making out more"Luocha said.
"Yeah. And you still have to explain all of this "Sushang said as he pointed at Dan Heng's new form as well as his relationship with a Stellaron Hunter.
" I apologize guys. And I promise that I will tell you everything. Only that it would be a long story "
"It doesn't matter. Also. You are alright? Right? You are stabbed after all"
Dan Heng hummed. "Ren intention was not to hurt me. But to unseal my Dragon from"
"Yes. Because the bastard who poisoned me did the same with Dan Heng before sealing him. That's why he lost all his memories."
"But did you really had to stab him?"
"It's was the only way to unseal him. It's was like a shock to him. Other method wouldn't have worked because sealing a dragon they make them think that they forsaken their original form over a human form to protect themselves. It's a messed up shit."
" I'm sure that you want to know more. And I promise that I will explain. But I still need to find my friends "
"Right. And of course, we will come with you "Luocha said. And Dan Heng didn't expect any less.
"Ren. Do you want to come along as well?"
"You don't even need to ask me, sweetheart". He doesn't even care what the other's reaction would be to seeing him. Dan Heng smiled at him. Together the four of them walked together. There are still some things that they don't have the answer to. Who was that man? And why he cursed Blade with immortality and sealed Dan Heng's dragon form? Why did he frame him for something that he hasn't done? That if he was still him. Too many questions and no answers. But they must be patient because at some point they would get their answer. For now, all both Dan Heng and Blade care about was that they have each other again...
