Summary
Taylor gets off the elevator to meet her bodyguard and as they drive back to her own apartment in LA she feels relieved. It's just hook-ups, nothing else. She can get ready for her meeting and soon enough she will be out on tour and will forget about Matty all together.
-“So I hope that's alright with you,” phoebe says across from Taylor in the meeting room. Taylor then realizes phoebe is talking to her, and she hasn't been listening.
“I'm so sorry, what were you saying?” Taylor says, rubbing her forehead.
“Just that Matty Healy is going to be in my band while my old guitarist is out, wanted to make sure that’s cool with you,” phoebe explains.
Taylor's mouth runs dry as she swallows and says, “yeah, of course that's fine!”
