Summary
Cassidy didn't know when to stop, going after the big bad of Blackwatch himself. The commander was impossible to read. Granted, Reyes was a picture of a prime alpha: massive, sharp, and aggressive. Nobody knew for sure. The suppressants and scent blockers did their job too well, concealing any possible hints.
That didn’t stop Cassidy. He did his best to snoop around, but the rest of recruits didn't care enough or were rightfully scared to get into the commander's personal business.
Too bad Cole's self-preservation was trained out of him long ago. The attraction he had towards his commander only grew under challenge. Cassidy made sure to show off how much of an alpha he was in hopes of omega noticing him. In an unfortunate case Reyes was an alpha, Cassidy deemed that it would still be worth it, even if it meant having his neck snapped.
