Grimmwalkers never have blond hair!” or a crooked nose, or any other characteristic that confirmed he wasn’t a grimmwalker, that this was a stupid idea, his Uncle would never lie to him and disobeying The Emperor’s orders of not reading about wild magic was a big mistake.
The book seemed indifferent about his crisis because it only kept throwing random facts about grimmwalkers that suited Hunter perfectly.
