   Summary

   8 years after the disappearance of six-year-old Suzu Kayama, a new vigilante is hunting down villains in the Musutafu Area.

   Cheshire is efficient, ruthless, and elusive, leaving both the local police and the Hero Commission clueless as to how they should go about catching her. At least until a certain underground hero takes it upon himself to bring the damn problem child in, in the process uncovering a connection to a years-old cold case and deciding that yep, this kid needs therapy.

   Cue the bad puns and obnoxious teenage vigilantes!
