Summary
Sam -- several years post a very, very minor nervous breakdown -- runs into his old flame Steve, now an art teacher at the local high school. The Sam they both knew was gone, but it was the same perfect Steve even after all these years. It was fine though -- there was nothing left to their story anyway except fond memories and maybe some not-so-fond ones, too.
And then there was Bucky. He didn't have anything nice to say about Bucky, no expectations, no rules. Maybe that's why it was so easy. He was the exact opposite of Steve in every way. That made it easy.
