Summary
Soulmates had been around longer than quirks, and according to some scientific journals, the phenomena of soulmates helped create quirks. At least that was what Natsuo had read in one of his medical theory books. Natsuo was lucky though, even though most of the world was greyscale, he was able to see the color red as well. Some people were lucky and were born able to see colors while others just saw the whole world in greyscale. The Todoroki’s were… lucky in a sense, Natsuo guessed. All of his family had been born with soulmates, they were lucky.
Except, was a family really that lucky? Especially when a man placed four fingers on Natsuo’s shoulder, his pinky barely ghosting the surface of skin that was peeking out from under his collar and suddenly he was seeing every color ever. Colors that he didn’t even know how to describe were in his vision now. And one look to his side told him that the villain - the one that was supposed to be threatening him - didn’t know what was happening either. One simple touch had changed both of their lives.
